Reviews of local pros in Rochelle, Illinois

Keith was so easy to work with. I had three trees cut down and they were in and out in under 2 hours, and no mess left behind! I highly recommend them if you are in need of a tree removal service.

Great guys!!! Turned our stressful day into a calm night! Our tree fell onto our fence and partly onto our house and they came and cleaned it up in a rockin 16 minutes! (Yes I times it) these guys were efficient, clean, and respectful. If you’re in need for an affordable tree removal give them a call, I will refer everyone towards them! Great job guys! Thanks again

Very responsive and quick to remove our rotting oak tree but didn't finish the job. It's been 1.5 months and they still haven't removed the stump that they said they would be back to do and it was in the contract. We have attempted several times to contact them and they are not responding to texts or voicemails which they initially did. For this reason, I would not recommend them. Horrible at communicating and following up with the job. This was very surprising to us from seeing all the other reviews.

When you want the best work, you hire the best. I live by that in my own work, and look for that when I hire. That is exactly what I got. These guys are the best of the best. My lawn was completely manicured when they left. 8 large trees, and near dead trees gone. I am very pleased. Thanks Timbermen!

I contacted this company to set up a time to come and remove a large number of big branches that broke during the ice storm and are suspended in the treetop making it dangerous to be in the yard. I didn’t want an estimate, I wanted to schedule it as it needed to be done no matter the cost. I was contacted once for my details and I never heard anything back. I know the company saw my texts as the “read receipt” was on and they already replied to another text. I just had my forth surgery in 10 month span and cannot do this myself at this time. The area we are in limits the pool of companies I can choose from. I will not use this service nor recommend them to anyone. I am sure they are very good at their craft but I have a bad taste in my mouth from being ignored.

Absolutely love this company! The owner is very personable and fun to carry on conversations with. The whole team is very professional. Their work is completed quickly and efficiently, and they always to a complete clean up afterward. By far the best tree company of all the ones we've used!

These guys came out when they said they would. They removed and trimmed several trees. It was a big job and when they left, everything was cleaned up. They are courteous and professional. I was quite impressed with their fast pace work. I would definitely recommend them. They did an awesome job.

Dan and his assistant did a great job trimming a Linden tree in our backyard. He trimmed off a lot of branches and did an excellent job with cleanup. Very meticulous with his work. I will certainly use him again.

We live in Rochelle & they came out same day for a tree stump removal quote. The crew came early the following week to take care of the stumps -- super quick & clean service with fair prices.

Great service, great people. Clint and his team are very professional and quick. Had my tree trimmed in about an hour start to finish including clean up. Highly recommended!

Keith and his crew were wonderful. Keith came out to discuss the work to be done and quoted us a great price on a Monday. They were at our house and completed the job that Wednesday. We had eight trees to cut down and several more trimmed. Additionally, I had cut down a large pile of trees/shrubs that were overgrown and created a big, tangled mess which they handled. They left our yard in better shape than they found it; the cleanup was immaculate. I could not more highly recommend Timbermen Tree Service. Keith will be my first call if we ever need any more tree work done. Thank you!

I can't say enough good things about Keith and Timbermen. After the power company hired a horrible company that butchered two of my trees, I called Keith to come and give me an estimate to have the trees taken down. He came quickly and gave me an estimate that was completely reasonable. His team came out shortly after and the trees were down in no time. They always do an awesome job and I would recommend them to anyone that needs any tree work done. They always are quick, professional, and clean up (unlike the company that the power company hired and a few others in town). This is the second big job I have hired them for and I will always call them first in the future.

They did an amazing efficient job! We had an emergency with a tree that cracked and was going to fall on our house. Spoke to him approximately 9pm Mon. he said I will be there at 7 am look at it (they were booked already). He was here at 7 Tues. Said that needs come right down be back in an hour. He was back before that with his crew & equipment (all top of the line). That old giant oak was done & gone within 1.5 hrs. not so much as a piece of saw dust left. Thank goodness for Timbermen!

Timbermen Tree Service did an excellent job of removing 2 trees on my lot. I told them that I was having a new driveway put in and they came out the next day so I could avoid them having their big boom truck on the new blacktop. How thoughtful!! The crew came early and cut down the 2 60-70ft trees in about 2hrs. They cleaned everything up and you could hardly tell that anyone had even been there. The stump removal came about a week later because of some trouble they were having with the machine, but when they did, both stumps were removed in under an hour. The crew was very polite, professional and easy to work with. I will definitely use them again in the future if need be.

I cannot say enough nice things! They are absolutely wonderful to work with. They came out and gave me an estimate the same day I called and returned the next day to do the job (and it was a HUGE job). They were quick but thorough and everyone was constantly moving. Everyone that showed up to do the job, as well as the owner, were all extremely professional at all times. I used another tree service in the past and never had this level of service and satisfaction. Hopefully I don't need anymore tree work, but if I do, this is who I am calling from now on!

Highly recommend this Tree Service! One day to come give us a estimate and a week later the crew was here and a huge job was done quickly, efficiently, and professionally. These guys know how to handle even the most difficult cuts…. And the cleanup was so well done you can’t even tell they were here!

The new owner of Timberman Tree Service has turned this company into a five star operation. From the owner down all are very professional and easy to work with.

Clint and his team were outstanding! They worked quickly, with respect, and very professional!! They were great from start to cleanup. I highly recommend them.

We hired Timbermen twice, the 2nd time was after storm damage and a tree needed a trim around power lines. The first time Timbermen took down 4 trees for us. The second time part of a healthy tree snapped off in a storm. They get it all done and quickly with an expert crew. The tree sites were cleaned up Perfectly both visits! Stump grinding was included which is preferable to a stump left behind. Clint was easy to work with, the owner.

Clint and his crew did a great job with removing our locust tree. Very professional and easy to work with. Got it done very quick. They did a great job with the cleanup. Definitely recommend them.

Would highly recommend to anyone in need of their services, very friendly/professional. Came for the estimate at earlier time than stated and took care of all my needs very quickly and fair priced.
