Personally, I'm very happy with B&W. Keep in mind that everyone's review is a result of their own experience and personal opinion. I've hired B&W on a couple of occasions and my recent job was for dishwasher installation. I had purchased the dishwasher at a 'big box' store only because there was a simple model in stock and I wasn't picky about features. If I had wanted a specific make/model, I would have likely ordered through B&W. Although a bit more to install than the big box store, it included haul away of the old appliance. I like the fact that it's a small town business. The installers arrived early and had removed the old and installed the new in just over an hour. I had only expected one installer but was happy there were two. They were very particular in making sure everything was level and working with no issues before they left. The gentlemen were kind, professional and cleaned up the minimal mess (just from the contents of the box, plastic wrap etc., ) I will definitely contact them for future appliance sale & service needs.

I had to have B&W appliance sales and service come out to my home yesterday and replaced the felt band around the drum of my dryer they came out and had it done in a timely manner very professional I would highly recommend them to anyone

I needed service on refrigerator. They came quickly and were able to fix it. They were friendly and polite.

One of the only ones that would work on Samsung products, especially our fridge that is only 2 years old & a smart fridge with TV, beverage center, etc. Showed up when they said they would & had it fixed in under an hour at a very reasonable cost! Highly recommended.

Very happy with our service! The gentlemen arrived within the stated time frame, examined our dryer, and they replaced the necessary parts to have it working again in maybe 30 minutes- they were impressively fast, and I have a working dryer again for a very reasonable rate! I look forward to working with B&W again in the future.
