I will say I do appreciate Lonnie & Adam for taking the time talk with me on my issue , even thou Lonnie is socially awkward . I was amazed at how obtuse they were to obviously padding their charges for labor. In my opinion this shows how businesses like Andersons cheat people for profit.

With that being said, On May 9th I made a call to Anderson asking for someone to come out & take alook at a leak coming from under my sink. I called a few times during this waiting period to see when someone was coming out .Finally on May 23rd I got to speak with Todd who tried booking me for the following Wednesday . I let him know it had already been 2 weeks that I had been waiting & asked what am I supposed do about all this water.

Lonnie called me back right away & had people out within 30 min.

He sent to guys out, because 110$ service call on the 9th , said it required 2 guys to remove the bathroom cabinet ( which they didn't have to do, he just cut a whole underneath my cabinet to reach the pipes)

Adam did the work & his apprentice (2nd guy) kept getting stuff for Adam when he needed it.

Charging me 385$( 3.5 hrs. Labor) for 2 plumbers
Time out 1:45pm till 3:30 pm ( left my house 3:05pm)confirmed by text messaging . My house is only 3 min away from there shop according to Google maps.
It was explained to me that the 2nd guy need to hold the one pipe as it would have taken longer to do the work. They would reduce the labor to an apprentice wage, which they didn'tcharge me for originally, almost 75$ less.

My point is that I should have just been charged for 1 plumber @ 1.75 hours .

This was a mistake on there part in regards to sending 2 guys instead of 1, why should I pay for their mistake.

Shady labor hours billing!! Time them & when you sign there work order put times on the sheet. TIME IN TIME OUT...IT DOESN'T TAKE 20 MIN TO GET ANYWHERE IN TOWN!!

Pemberton came out on short notice to fix our sump pump. They are responsive and more often than not, you will get someone answering your call rather than an answering machine. Highly recommended!

I use Pemberton plumbing about 2 years ago and they started fixing my home that I do not live in anymore and they only did half of the job and said they wouldn't finish the job and then expect me to pay over a $1000 for what they did and I gave them $400 for the amount of work that they did do and now they refuse to further do business with me because I have not paid the rest of the job that they never finished I will never use Pemberton plumbing.

I don't recommend them to anyone.

I had them install a new central air unit and couldn't be happier. Kevin worked quick and made sure to answer any questions we had. They also made sure to clean up when they were done. Highly recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs.
