I called to dispute the 45 minute overcharge on my bill for the technician to go find a dolly and made my case to the owner Lonnie. My dispute fell of deaf ears and it was not corrected. Unfortunately I will never do business with Anderson again.

The best when it comes to heating, cooling and plumbing. The only place I've used for the last 20 years. Guys you can trust to do the job right the first time.

I have a well and all the sudden we have no water. I called Anderson plumbing heating and they sent someone right out. After checking everything he realized he was not able to fix the problem recommended calling Jonas Martin, I had to replace the well pump.

Made arrangements for a kitchen sink and faucet installation. The install was done within four days at a fair price. It looks great.

The people at this company have always been very nice and professional, They have come to mine and my wifes rescue many times, They installed our new central air and heat unit and did an excellent job, As long as they are in business in town I will continue to use their services,

I see others have given them high ratings for their professionalism and job performance. I can only give them a low rating at this time because they never showed up, or called. I waited all day. I have to call another plumber and maybe wait for my leak to get fix.

We used to use this company for many years. Then one day I had problems with the one heating guy who came out. He didn't fix the heater the first time so the heat went out again. Had him come back out and since my husband wasn't home the second time he got a smart mouth with me, swearing at me, asking me what I wanted him to do. I confronted him and he got angry so I told him to leave. Talked to the office and the owner and it seems it was the owners nephew and he took his side. Will never use this company again. I don't pay for verbal abuse.

The people in the office at Anderson Plumbing- including the owner, Lonnie- are the rudest people I’ve dealt with on work for our properties in all of northern Illinois. Their techs also do not call when at the property to get owner authorization to do work beyond what’s initially approved. The owner lyelled at me over the phone and hung up, as did two of his staff, for trying to get an update on our work order (where, again, work had been done without authorization). Wow. Save yourself the time, disrespect, and headache and choose a company that actually cares about pleasing the customer. We fired this clown show.

I'm a new customer with Anderson, I was very satisfied with the service that I received from them. The plumber's were very courteous to me and I think that they did a good job too, I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Great office staff & tradesmen. Fast service. Screw up on my part communicating and they were MORE than accommodating and reasonable. Great business morals and I would definitely use them again & recommend them.

5 stars across the board for these folks. We own an office building in Rochelle and they have saved us multiple times. Yesterday, our sewer backed up. Our tenants couldn't flush the toilets and water was coming into the basement. They dropped everything and were in the building within the hour. They cleaned the sewer (maybe the worst job on the planet) and our tenants were up and running again. This isn't the first time that these people have come to our rescue. They treat us like family and we are forever grateful.

If I could give them negative I would. They're terrible. They first sold me a piece of crap furnace that I had to keep having them come install mother boards junk. Now he overcharged me to drain septic dug two huge holes in my backyard and left them. He was supposed to come and unclog my drain from basement to septic a whole 15 feet that we have unplugged all the way to end. He blew me off last Thursday and then was supposed to come by Friday. He ghosted me. Now I contact him and he said he won't come and due it then he hung up on me. Real professional. What a joke.

My kitchen sink was replaced during a renovation and Anderson was able to help rework the plumbing to accommodate the new sink. They were easy to work with, quick, and very reasonably priced.

Anderson is great! They do professional work! Always top notch service from the office staff to the workers! Highly recommend for all your plumbing and heating and cooling needs!
