I recently had the pleasure of experiencing top-notch service from Peter. From start to finish, Peter and his crew demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and honesty, making them stand out as one of the best in the field.

Peter’s attention to detail was evident from the moment he arrived. He took the time to thoroughly assess the issue with my water heater and clearly explained the necessary repairs. What truly impressed me was Peter’s honesty. Instead of trying to upsell unnecessary services and warranty , he provided transparent recommendations and guided me through the most cost-effective solutions. Highly recommended!

Peter and his worker Chris were there when they said they would be for my furnace and air conditioning installation. Peter was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions enthusiastically. As a mechanical engineer myself I know a lot of stuff but he is top notch and very thorough. They did a great job and cleaned up very well (if you don’t know, a furnace and air conditioner install can be very messy). I would hands down recommend Peter and his team every time without hesitation. If you want it installed correctly, Art of Air is the company you want!!!!!

Sunday night at 8 PM, my furnace stopped working. I got Peter’s phone number from my son. He was busy on the north side of Chicago with another emergency, and with minus 10 degrees outside, I was prepared to spend the night without heat.

Instead of scheduling me for a Monday morning service call, Peter took the time to guide me over the phone on how to clean the flame sensor, and the problem was fixed right away. I even asked him for his Zelle information so I could at least pay him something, but he refused—he was just happy that I was able to fix the issue.

He will be my main HVAC guy from now on.

Peter and his assistant did an outstanding job installing my new furnace. They arrived as scheduled, covered my floors, took time to explain the plan and answered questions. I was referred to AOA by a friend. Gave them a call and set up an appointment to get an estimate. They arrived on time, and I walked them through the details of the job. I needed 2 furnaces and 2 A/C units. The guys took pictures and notes and were done in 20 minutes. Talked with Peter on the phone and had an estimate within 2 days. Needed some questions answered and Peter was more than willing to walk me through the estimate, verifying both systems would have high efficiency fillers and humidifier systems all included with a very competitive price. I signed a contract to have both systems installed with a date of my choosing that unfortunately I had to change a couple of times due to work schedule. Peter was very understanding and worked around my schedule. I locked in an install date on Thursday for a Monday& Tuesday install. Crew arrived promptly Monday morning and had everything completed by Tuesday evening. I am very satisfied with the install and no extra charges, they completed the job on time and for stated price. It's only been a week, so far so good. I have a 10 year parts and 2 years labor guarantee. I highly recommend Art Of Air Heating and Cooling. Give these guys an opportunity to earn your business, you'll be glad you did.

07-16-19. Upon my arrival home from work, the smell of gas greeted me at the door. Frantically, I dropped my bag and ran to the kitchen to check the eyes on the gas stove . Nothing. Because the smell penetrated the entire house, I was unable to detect the area of the gas leak. Thus, I called Nicor. They arrived within 40 minutes, determined the source of the leak, and stated I need to get it fix. No sh**. Nicor merely turned off the gas line to the water heater and left. I was flabbergasted and stressed to say the least as I couldn't remain in the house under these conditions.

It's 9:15pm and I was unsure if I would connect with someone to save the day. Hence, my search on the internet began and Miguel answered my call. Detailing the scenario, Miguel was able to assess the problem and stated he would come out immediately. I was so grateful.

After confirming the location of the gas leak, Miguel began the repairs. He was timely, accommodating, professional, knowledgeable, and quite thorough. What I appreciate most about Miguel, is his sincerity of my situation and his willingness to ensure the safety of our home.

Miguel was EXCELLENT very professional, and knowledgeable. His work was impeccable! I have no reservations about recommending him to anyone or using him again! Do yourself a favor, call the BEST and forget the rest!

I had a water heater emergency and Miguel not only helped me over the phone, but was at my house in a little over an hour after my first call to fix the problem. He was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and honest about everything. I will be calling him back for our winter furnace maintenance.

I am so happy to deal with Miquel. He always respond my call, being on time, and being very professional to take care of my HVAC. However, he diagnosed my AC wrong after he did 30 minutes hard work to repair under 90 degree outside. He suggested me to replace whole AC.unit I zelle him $500 as a new AC deposit and repair fee is waved by him. However, my AC works again for no reason after his repair. He is willing to return $500 back to me without any additional charge. He spent hours to take care of my old AC and get a brand new AC and get nothing? I let him return me $250 and keep $250 for his handwork. The most precious of his business is - honesty, which is priceless. I am a realtor. I will recommend him to all of my clients.

We had a stubborn water heater that wouldn't light, Miguel offered some advice over the phone. We still couldn't get it working and he came over later in the afternoon right as he estimated. Was able to get it working and offered some more advice for the future. Will definitely call again if we need any HVAC work. Highly recommended.

My home furnace stopped working in the night and the tenant called in the early morning that the house is cold. I called Miguel at All4Climates and he picked up my phone right away and told me he will be at my home in 30minutes. He arrived right on time and started to check the unit. Different from other technicians, he carefully checked this old unit instead of convincing me to replace it by a new one.

He suspected the issue of the sensor and the block of the fire nozzle. He quickly fixed the unit and it running greatly again.

After everything is ok, I asked how much. He only changed me $70. OMG, this is only true come and check issue fee. It definitely worth a couple hundreds.

I am so happy that Migeul fixed my furnace with so little charge.
