Fantastic service with professionalism. This company not only handles our current maintenance needs, but our recent purchase of a new A/C unit displayed to us how a company completes the task far better than expected. The work area was properly cleaned and the new unit was better than expected. Jacobazzi installed our new furnace and heat pump, and we could not be more pleased with the entire experience. Jim was very thorough and explained everything, answered all of our questions, and presented us with options for purchasing. Denise worked with us to answer further questions as well the details for the installation. This was not a planned project for us, but Jacobazzi got it all done, and during the week of Christmas! We're very pleased with out purchase and would recommend Jacobazzi to anyone looking for good, decent people to do excellent work in their home.

We have been long time customers of Jacobazzi. They have maintained rand repaired our furnace and AC system for the last 30 years until it gave up the ghost recently. They provided us a range of 5 options to replace the old system, all of them being better/more efficient than our old system. There was no pressure to buy the most expensive system. They took the time to explain the differences and the pros/cons of each option. They had all of the components in stock, and did an excellent job of installing the system neatly. When they were done, they made sure I understood how to operate the system. I was very happy with the whole experience. The new system is very quiet and doesn't have to struggle at all to heat our home.

This is for anyone who wants a trust worthy dependable handyman. I had my HVAC looked at, I always test company's honesty by leaving the onswitch cable lose. While checking he noticed the issue and took care of it at no cost. He could have tried to charge me and sold me on a bigger issue. He was honest and upfront, took care of my HVAC the was making noise when blowing; Running like a champ, no noise, saved me money and most importantly he was HONEST. Hope this helps anyone or families that could be on a tight budget, and can't afford to be robbed.
