Just wanted to share about my recently changed AC unit done by All Seasons Heating and Cooling ! Extremely satisfied with the work and sincereness from the owner. PEOPLE please make sure that your coils are ACTUALLY changed with your units! LOTS of places won’t change them as some May be found in difficult spots so they would rather not but they will still charge you for changing them although it was never done 😅 just stay on the lookout! I learned so much from this owner throughout the entire process!
Very affordable and owner is always out to get the best price for you!! My previous AC unit looked like a grill - I’m so glad I went with All seasons heating and cooling!

He was wonderful! Told me everything about the AC and how it works and what could be wrong. He got here at 6p and left 3.5 hours later. Did wiring and up and down the stairs a thousand times. Excellent service! I called because my air conditioner stopped working, and they were at my house in less than an hour. Efrain was amazing. He was at my house in about 40 minutes of me calling. I have an old furnace and it was making a constant running noise, he assessed the problem immediately and repaired it the same day. He was extremely honest, professional and very reasonable. Highly recommend.

I recently bought a new home and needed a professional to check the heating and cooling units to ensure everything was in good condition. Efrain came out and took the time to thoroughly inspect the units. He noticed that some areas weren’t getting proper airflow, so he measured the gas, pressures and did several other checks. I was really impressed with how thorough he was — it’s clear he knew his stuff. He wasn’t in a rush to finish the job and made sure to provide me with all the information I needed about the units. Efrain was great he replace my unit and help me with financing options, my payments are great and I have 10 years parts and 1 Year Labor, same as big companies but with a better price. 100% recommended!.

Efrain came out within 2 hours and fixed our issue right away. Didn't try to make us buy stuff we didn't need. Very professional and friendly, I highly recommend Efrain and All season's heating and cooling. Definitely will be calling again if we have any other needs.

With this heat wave my house wouldn't cool below 78F so I thought there was something wrong with my AC.

Efrain was recommended from All Season's Heating and Cooling. I contacted him on Sunday and we made an appointment for Monday.

He came out to look at my AC and informed me that even though my AC unit is about 25 years old it was functioning properly. That the cause was excess heat coming from the ceiling and whole house fan.

He did mention that the blower and condensing unit were bit dirty and gave me a decent price on cleaning them if I wanted to get them cleaned. Wasn't pushy just gave me pricing for the cleaner and a new ac unit if I wanted to upgrade the AC as well.

Would highly recommend.

Efrain at All Seasons is the absolute best! He is friendly, honest, and reasonably priced! I would 10000% give my business to him and I refuse to call anyone else for my HVAC needs in the future.

During a heat wave this summer, I had Four Seasons, TR Miller, and Precision Today come to my home to see if something was wrong with my AC unit since it felt like my home wasn’t heating as well as before. Precision and TR Miller technicians did not use any tools to test anything - they just opened up my furnace and told me that the condensation on the gasket (?) was a refrigerant leak and that’s why it wasn’t cooling. They went on to say that leaks aren’t found easily and would cost a lot of money, and that I should just get a whole new system. And if I have a leak onto the furnace that meant I needed both new AC and Furnace units. Four Seasons had a similar script but at least he hosed down the coils on my AC unit to get a refrigerant reading . Precision quoted me $26K, Four Seasons quoted me $23K, TR Miller quoted me $20K to fix it all with a new system. I had hunch these guys were playing me a fool…so I after reading other positive reviews I decided to call Efrain.

He is a one man show but he was able to stop by within an hour and ran a bunch of tests both at the AC, and throughout the home in my venting system. He was not at all concerned with the furnace. Turns out, my imagination was the issue - it was just hotter than usual outside and when I checked the vents to see if the AC was cooling, I was checking the warmer return vents which caused me to think something was wrong. The other vents coming straight from the AC were popping out 50 degree air so we knew the AC was working correctly. He answered all of my questions, and did not scare me into purchasing anything from him. He was friendly and I could tell he really enjoys giving his clients quality service. He also pet my dog a bunch of times which for a dog owner, I love to see! We need more honest HVAC guys like Efrain around - especially as a female homeowner I am so glad I called him. He saved me thousands of dollars and lifted an enormous amount of stress off my shoulders. Thank you Efrain!

Efrain came out to my home to assess why my air conditioner unit was not working. He quickly assessed the issue and did an amazing job explaining and fixing the problem. I am an owner of a water damage company. And was looking for an HVAC Prossional to temporarily remove and reinstall the same furnace in order to address and repair a water damage leak that deteriorated the Plenum and some of the main trunk ducts in the crawlspace of my customers home.

I usually have my own HVAC prople that i use. But my other 2 were busy and couldnt get to my job till muddle of next week.

Well... i met Efrain in the parking lot of menards bc I flagged him down once I saw his hvac logos on his van. I told him about the project and he was able to come out the next day to give me an estimate.

The day of the Estimate. Efrain was on time and explained everything thoroughly and gave me a good price.

He was able to book my job within 48 hours.

And the day of the work I was extremely impressed.

1. He showed up on time.

2. Carefully removed the furnace. And made sure the freon didn't leak out. And was able to save it in the system..

3. He removed the deteriorated rusted Plenum. Left for a couple to REBUILT a custom size Plenum... and came back with a new custom sized Plenum.

4. He installed the Plenum and reinstalled the Furnace and AC coils. As well as making sure the system was back working like new.

5. He was very detailed in explaining the Furnace, ac coils and reasons why the Plenum deteriorated.

Everything was removed and replaced back to normal.

Glad I found Efrain. And I will be calling him once I get more HVAC related projects.

Out of all the HVAC companies I’ve came into contact with Efrain. He was very knowledgeable, thorough and honest about my AC system in which it needed to be replace. He came and took his time to ensure everything was install correctly from the condenser to replacing the lines, etc. I would recommend him to anyone. I will be contacting him for the replace of my furnace for the winter.

Professionalism at its best. Efrain has great work ethic and he is a true professional. Any issues with heating and cooling Efren is the guy to go to. Cleans work and (it works) he doesn’t have to come back two days later like other companies. He will be servicing all out building from now on.
