We have been using Emerald Tree Care for a number of years now and they have helped to extend/save the life of a couple of our trees. They are knowledgeable, answer all my questions, educate me on how to better care for our trees, offer suggestions on new trees to plant, etc. We wouldn't trust our trees to any other company. Great service, friendly, professional, good value - can't say enough about them.

Emerald Tree Care saved 12 of my enormous ash trees. I started using them right before the emerald ash beetles came to the Chicago area, and they saved all my trees. They are beautiful and strong and healthy. Almost all my neighbors, and all of the communities around me, lost their ash trees the past few years because of the beetles. If they would have used Wayne and his Emerald Tree Care, they would still have their trees standing. Wayne is extremely knowledgeable and has helped me the past few years with all of my tree and shrub maintenance. I can’t say enough nice things about him and how professional he is.

We’ve been using Emerald Tree Care for a couple of years and they are fantastic! Every time we have a question about one of our trees, they respond within a day and will send someone out to take a look. Brianna is always prompt with responses and everyone there is extremely knowledgeable. Daniel recently did an amazing job trimming our trees and fixing some issues that we had. He walked through everything and explained the reason they were doing things. He even brought some coloring books, crayons and bubbles for my kids 😊 Highly, highly recommend

Emerald Tree Care, LLC goes above and beyond every turn. It was late in the season when I contacted Emerald, but they were still able to help me. Then the trimming I asked for was not the best for the health of my tree and Emerald explained the best way to keep my tree beautiful for a long time. Then the team was on-time, completed the work with care for my yard and surrounding buildings. Lastly, there were no surprises. Everything, including the bill, was as promised. Thank you Emerald.

The owner Wayne White is a fountain of knowledge! He and the company are very responsive and he provides such good information on not just what might be needed but why and how the best way forward for treating issues can be remedied.

Wayne has a vast knowledge based on his many years of being a professional arborist. I first met Wayne and his company over 10 years ago when he began treating my Ash tree for emerald ash borer insects.

Emerald came out and provided a competitive quote for the trimming we needed to have done. They were very professional while working and made sure to talk to my neighbor to make sure that he was ok with them cleaning up trimmings on his property. The work was great and the tree looks much healthier! Would not hesitate to call them again!!

I called on a Monday to send an arborist out to our home to quote servicing our trees. I was told we will get back to you mid-week to set up an appointment. Never got a call back or any follow up service. They must be too busy.

I used simply spotless to clean the carpets and upholstery at my dental offices. They were on time and efficient! The results were better than I could have imagined!!! Plus, whatever cleaning solution they used, smelled amazing!

Samantha came in last minute (less than 24hr notice) did an amazing job with rugs carpets, but informed me of what I can do prolong the life of my rugs and carpets. I pay extra because of last minute service but well Orth the time & money.

Booking my appointment was effortless, I had a young lady by the name of Sam come out the same week, she was extremely professional and knowledgeable, I had several pet stains from our puppy that needed focus, she not only removed those stains but our entire carpeting and stairways looked new again, I was really impressed, we have used a well know carpet cleaning company in the past and they made us schedule multiple appointments and still didn’t get the results I wanted, but this company did! After the carpet cleaning we chatted for a few min and I mentioned that I wished I would have found them sooner because my sofas and recliners were just awful and I planned on purchasing new ones, the young lady asked if she could take a look and then informed me she could get them back in the shape I desired! Two days later she was there to do all of our living room furniture and our mattress, I was extremely pleased with the results! This company is a god send, I don’t usually leave reviews but I truly can’t say enough good things about them! The cost is well within budget, very responsive, time efficient, knowledgeable and friendly!
