Great people to deal with. I had a branch that snapped in one of my maple trees. The only thing that prevented the branch from smashing a hole through our roof was the fact that there was a limb underneath holding it up. I called Derek and once he answered I could tell he was busy cutting on another job. I told him of my dilemma and he was very professional and treated me with respect. He asked if it would be ok to give me a call back, and I said absolutely. It wasn't but 5 to 10 minutes later maybe, and I got a text from his wife. She asked if I could take a picture of the limb and send it to them. I sent them a picture and recieved a text back promptly. She gave me their pricing and I thought it was very reasonable, especially with me being 30 minutes from where they were. I asked if they could do it that same day and she answered yes. We agreed on a time and they arrived at the time we set. Derek made fast work of the branch and even asked if I wanted any more branches trimmed. He did a quality job and didn't drop any branches on my wife's flowers, which was a bonus. Once he was done, I was so impressed with his work that I asked him to give me an estimate on a dead tree that I need removed. The estimate was very reasonable and we will have him back. Now mind you, I did all of the clean up myself, and told them that I would do the clean up on the dead tree as well. Their name says it all, thank you Derek and Laura!
