Premier came out to check my septic tank for any blockages. Cleaned the pipes out. Explained everything they did. The pump truck came out next and pumped the septic. The employees were extremely nice. The process was seamless. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend Premier Sewer & Septic.

Steve and Tom are very knowledgeable and explained the steps they were going through while hydrojetting our main line. They described what we were seeing while taking the video and told us what to look for and what we might expect for any future potential issues. We highly recommend their services

Guys and process were great. Learned a lot. My only wish is that the office would have advised there would be an additional $50 dig charge and had given me the opportunity to dig myself prior to the truck arriving. I would have at least pulled a nice replaceable piece of grass/sod to cover the backfilled tank lid hole. I know better for next time. Again, all the rest went great and WILL use Premier again.

Your service team was on time, got to work quickly, and clearly explained what they had to do to determine the cause of the blockage in the waste system. They explained the cause, showed me the video of the cleaning, and cleaned up at the end. They were a great team to have solved the problem. Good job!

Such a great company to work with. From start to finish!! They came out to bury my sump pump line that had grown above ground ( and was originally installed incorrectly after 25 years ). They showed up when they said and the crew was professional and worked very hard on a hot summers day. I really appreciated their hard work and honesty on what they could and couldn’t do. They also cleaned up any residual dirt and left my back yard in great shape.

I've been a Premier customer for about 3yrs now since they took over from another provider who couldn't handle the volume. Their team is always friendly, and very open to helping you through underanding your system. When I moved to a home with a septic system I had no idea what I was supposed to do (or not do) as a homeowner and they took time to help me. They also offer pumping services which many others do not (one-stop shop) and will also offer to sell you chlorine when needed (mechanical systems). Premier will also come out should you have an issue in-between service visits. I just renewed for another 2yrs.

We had Greg from premier out for our first septic pump in our home via recommendation from a neighbor. He was quick, tidy and very informative. We will definitely have them out again!

These guys are NOT plumbers. Ask to see a liscence from any of them. Randy does not like to be questioned either. He def changed the nice guy routine very quickly once i asked for proof.
