I think Just In Time does a great job! The technician, Dustin arrived promptly to my house for my A/C maintenance check up. He was very friendly and informative. After some discussion as to improvements that could be made to my system and all of the possible options, I was able to decide on some changes that I am happy with. I trust in Just In Time to make the necessary repairs affordably and professionally.

Tony and Devon did a heck of a job on my shower/tub faucet replacement and new access panel. They also did it in record time too. Both gentlemen were very personable as well. I highly recommend.

Seth came out to fix our AC for the second time this year (it's 30 years old and on it's way out). Again, he was so friendly and provided us with so much information! And he was able to make an emergency call on a holiday, and came 2 hours ahead of schedule. Again, fixing our unit before our house had a chance to get hot inside. We will, from now on, only use Just In Time for all of our HVAC needs!

Update: Our AC went out again this year and Mike came to service it. Unfortunately it was toast because of its age (30+ years old) so he gave us our options and suggested we get an estimate to replace both the AC and the furnace. He called the office right then and helped me set up a time for them to come. A few days later they were here with all our options. They were super friendly and knowledgeable and we decided to replace everything. Mike then came back out that same day to get ours up and running (which wasn't easy, kudos to him) to get us through the heatwave. Today they came and installed the new units and were so quick and friendly. In just over a week we went from no AC to brand new units with a great warranty. The entire experience was painless! I will forever recommend them for all your household needs.

My husband and I bought a house a few months back that uses well water. We’ve never had to deal with well water before, so we tried to find information online about what to get for our home. The one we ended up buying stopped working, so we called Just In Time to come out and take a look at what was wrong with it. Turns out the softener we got was not nearly large enough to handle the extreme level of hardness of our well water. Joe recommended some options that would work to get our water where we wanted and needed it to be. About a week later, Joe came back out to install all new copper piping and the new softener. Him and the apprentice did amazing work on the new piping and the installation and set up. He was very informative and made sure that all of our needs were met. Joe went above and beyond for us and being first time customers of Just In Time, this left a really great impression on us. I would absolutely recommend based on the level of service we received as well as the quality of the softener and all of the installation work. The price was also very affordable in comparison to other companies we contacted for quotes on softeners. Thank you so much to Joe for all of the hard work, patience answering questions and thorough explanations of the products and process!

Mike did a great job. He was on time. Clean and professional. Their job cost me $1,300 exactly what I was quoted, versus $500 another company quoted me. But the other company never showed up and shuffled me around for 2 summers. Just in Time was less than 2 weeks to order the part and install it.
**It just doesn't seem fair that a part under warranty, cost me that much to replace after purchasing an entire system less than 3 years ago. But that has nothing to do with Just in Time**
As much as I hate paying top dollar for services, you get what you pay for.

Will just fixed my programmable thermostat and got it back to where I wanted it very quickly. He’s very professional and has profound wisdom!
