Would give -stars if I could. Don't call here. $984 later and no heat. Call someone who knows what they are doing. They could care less if my family has heat. After getting a real HVAC tech to look at furnace, it was discovered my furnace has a cracked heat exchanger. Just in Time was putting parts on a dead furnace. Total incompetence. Run from these know it nothings. Response: sorry to hear your phone's are broken

We had Will come out for a furnace cleaning. This is our second time to have him out for HVAC work. He is timely, does great work. I appreciate the before and after pictures to show what has been done. Thanks Will! Much appreciated.

Very professional company, starting from the dispatchers to the Techs and the Estimators. They were able to explain everything really well and made you feel like you were being taken care of. Furnace went down on Sunday and by Thursday morning a new furnace and hvac system was installed. Will be using them in the future.

Shame on you Just in Time
My heat was out when I came home from work during the coldest week of the year. I called and they were up front about the emergency fees. Mike came within the hour and restored the heat! ($250…. $50 was to replace batteries with 2 of mine) he replaced 2 AA batteries of mine! I thought expensive lesson learned (I earn $500 for 40 hr a week)... This was the company that replaced (2020) my furnace, AC and the thermostat from dial to digital telling me it was hard wired and I only needed to worry about the batteries for time and temp changes within the day. They never asked if I tried new batteries in the blank digital thermostat before coming out. And I was quoted $955 for a furnace clean with $25 monthly membership!

Dustin W was a great tech. We worked together to get my boiler working and it was a wonderful time. Very fun man to talk to and he went over the repair with me for a total work thru. All around joyfulk experience. Good job Dustin, you are the man!

Tony and Nathan our "heroes" did a super duper awesome job on our water heater installation. Very professional and a pleasure to work with. Just in Time is our "go to" now for any of our household needs.

Just In Time gave us a great experience in a bad situation. No one wants to have to replace their heating and cooling systems, but Just In Time made the process super easy. Everyone who came out for each step was courteous and professional. Amber and Amanda in the office made setting up appointments and working through financing super easy. Highly recommend all around.

This review was based on initial appointment. I have not gotten my water heater installed yet. But, the first appointment went very well, I was presented with many options and at no time did I feel pressured. I would highly recommend. We met with Devon, he’s great polite and knowledgeable!

Just in Time service people are always polite and explain what they are doing. They also make sure they have booties on when entering the house. I have always been happy with their service. Replacing a furnace and AC system can be stressful but the entire team made our process smooth and transparent. Professional, timely, efficient, honest service from the entire team. I had some water values replaced. Kyle and nathan came out and had all the work done in around a hour. Very professinal very good. I would use them again!

Just In Time came out within a couple of hours of my initial call. Devon was very professional and did a great job of providing info about water heaters and the replacement process. Anthony was out the next morning with the “new guy” and did the replacement. They also did a great job! Very professional from start to finish. I highly recommend using Just In Time.

We had Dustin come to our home to do a furnace tune up. Just in Time the company was very good about communicating who the tech was and when he was on his way.
Dustin was very professional and friendly. He was very happy to explain what he was going to do and always willing to answer any questions I had.
When he did find a problem he showed me what it was, proved that it was a ‘real time’ issue as opposed to simply showing a snap shot. He was clear what my options were.
When done, he restored everything back to the original.

Most of the reason for 4 stars is the quick response. They were able to fit me in within a few hours, but my God, over $600 for about 15-20 minutes of work is staggering!! They switched out a water spigot on the outside of the house, that’s it. I don’t have a problem with any of the actual work that was done but if you have the luxury of time to shop around, ABSOLUTELY DO IT!!

From start to finish, I was 100% please with the customer service and the product. Both my heating and AC systems needed to be replaced, and it was during a cold spell in Chicagoland! Josh was patient and articulate as he explained my choices, cognizant of the amount of money I was going to have to spend, and found discounts to help bring the total cost down. The crew that came to install the units were professional and very pleasant as well. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking at pulling the trigger and replacing their old units!

Mike and Clayton were very professional, courteous and prompt. They fixed my humidifier on my furnace exactly the way I wanted it to work. I'll had good experience with just in time heating and air conditioning.

Anthony went above and beyond to make sure that my whole house water & sewer system were back up and running after a major backup. He did a full inspection and offered helpful advice for preventative measures. I plan on using Just In Time exclusively from now on because of how fair and effective they were.

Just In Time was so great to work with. I was able to get a hold of someone right away and they scheduled me same day service to get my heat back working. They kept me in the loop on arrival times and the Tech, Dustin did a great job troubleshooting and getting everything to work again. 100% would recommend!
