My washer was spinning very violently so looked for a service to come out and look at it. The technicians did not give a 100% on what was wrong with my Samsung washer. It was more like “ it could be this or maybe that, but it would be very expensive to repair.” I did not like that answer. So I paid a fee for them to tell me my washer was broken, I already knew this, that’s why I called for their service. Not satisfied. Update Jan. 17th ‘25, I was contacted by ASU Tech, they offered to refund my money, the fee, they charged me for the non repair. They even sent a screen shot of the refund, but as I looked at my account it says zero dollars has been credited to my account by ASU Tech. They also asked me to remove my post/review. Not good customer service.
