The tech was very polite and good work. However I still have a problem with ring on the glasses. The ring is all the same on all the glasses.

My washer was spinning very violently so looked for a service to come out and look at it. The technicians did not give a 100% on what was wrong with my Samsung washer. It was more like “ it could be this or maybe that, but it would be very expensive to repair.” I did not like that answer. So I paid a fee for them to tell me my washer was broken, I already knew this, that’s why I called for their service. Not satisfied. Update Jan. 17th ‘25, I was contacted by ASU Tech, they offered to refund my money, the fee, they charged me for the non repair. They even sent a screen shot of the refund, but as I looked at my account it says zero dollars has been credited to my account by ASU Tech. They also asked me to remove my post/review. Not good customer service.

The service was very good. They were able to come out in less than 24 hours and resolve our oven ignition problem. The technician was prompt and friendly and efficient. Would recommend their service to anyone.

Ermek theTechnician was very thorough replacing the control panel. Explained how and why it malfunctioned and gave me pointers for maintenance / care in washing machine as well.

They were able to provide next day appointment. Ordered part and came back to fix the dryer the next day. Fair pricing and very easy to work with.

On the website it says 3 different times you get a free quote. He wanted to charge me 80$ for the quote. I told him I was not going to pay as that was a hidden fee and was never told I had to pay 80$ for a quote that he took 5 minutes diagnose what was wrong with my dryer and also his time slot was 9-11am , he came 45 minutes late. Horrible service. And I get it’s not his fault it’s the company’s fault for not making this clear but I was not paying when they advertise free quotes no obligation.

Came same day and helped us with the leaky fridge. Pricing was fair and they did a good job of making sure the problem was fixed. Would use them again without question.

they over charged us by $300 and keep telling us they will refund us but nothing! robbed with out a gun. awful experience!

ASU Tech Appliance Repair and tech Sayan is great! Our LG refrigerator was dispensing water very slowly. Sayan quickly diagnosed our issue, ordered the replacement part, and repaired the refrigerator. Our refrigerator has speedy water now thanks to Sayan. Highly recommend!

Asset analyzed the problem with the noise as a bad fan. He ordered it and we've paid him a check of $225 for a deposit on a $355 total cost. He did not show our deposit so the bill looks like we have not paid our deposit. He is coming back on Friday w the replacement fan. We need him to show our deposit, so our final payment will just be $130. Asset did as he agreed and provided an updated bill. His work on the fan was excellent and there is no longer a fan noise

ASU Tech proved to be a remarkable company assisting me in a time sensitive emergency when my refrigerator/freezer failed over a weekend, They went out of their way to schedule me ASAP which allowed me to save most of my food from quickly defrosting & spoiling.
Akzhol was so professional & efficient in going out of his way to help me quickly in diagnosing the problem accurately & he even helped me by going above & beyond to move some of my food to keep it from spoiling. He returned with the parts to fix my refrigerator expediently & everything was up & running. I would highly recommend Akzhol & this company for their kind & efficient attention to address a problem with speed & proficiency. I can’t say enough about them —they were amazing to ease my frustration with an emergency especially on the weekend .They’re the Best !!

Wonderful tech came out on a Saturday evening and made temporary repair so could use freezer. Tech said he should be able to make permanent by Wednesday but did not make it til Friday. Repair diid go quickly and was well done.

Called extremely last minute because my washer went awol and started leaking, it sounded like a hurricane was brewing in there, and something just fell off the door. I called around 4pm and was given the eta btwn 5:30pm & 7:30pm. They did a great job sending eta’s & their tech named Akzhol arrived at just about 7pm. He was able to diagnose & fix the problem in less than 30 minutes!! He was acknowledgeable, quick, I was very impressed by him running the washing machine to show me his work & of course the prices were 2025 economy friendly 😂😅 I’ll definitely be saving their number if I ever need help with my appliances again!!

Sayan was very friendly and arrived on time. even though he couldn’t fix the problem, he explained the why. I appreciate his honesty. Would recommend this company and come back to it in the future.
