Rotor -Rooter technician was very helpful, courteous and professional. He was here when he said he would be and was efficient at diagnosing and fixing our plumbing problem.

Had sticker shock when I was told the price $750.00. It was a Friday at around 2pm. Was given a $75.00 credit. Which I appreciated . Rotor- Rotor tech was here for less than an hour. Evaluated the situation 10 minutes went to get his equipment 5 min snaked the drain 20 min took his equipment to his truck 5 min filled out the billing paperwork 10 min.

Average cost on the internet for this job ranges between 100 to 500. With the national average being around 335.00. Nothing special or out of the ordinary was performed. So, to me 750.00 seems excessive. I paid it in hindsight buyer beware.

Don’t think I will ever youse Rotor- Rooter again.

Shawn came out route my kitchen sink and piping that goes to the toilet. It was covered under warranty because Roto-Rooter had unclogged the kitchen sink earlier this month. Shawn was very friendly and he was quite knowledgeable.

Tony spent 2 hours cleaning out my sewer line. My basement steps were too difficult to get his machine down being the house is very old. He went through the basement window and was able to rod out the sewer line that way. He did a great job. Thanks Tony.

The Roto-Rooter Rep (Ed) was able to quickly identify the problem as well as provide a workable solution that was both cost and time effective for a family of 5. Ed is amazing and anyone should consider themselves lucky to have him working in their home.

I am very happy with their services. I had a flood in my house and they were able to come same day and even sat with me going over everything and assisting me at 10pm. Doug Jaeger was the first person I met with. From there he had assistance from Osvaldo and Julio. They were great. They were able to safely come and go to continuously check on the equipment without any complications and we have several animals in the home. 10/10 would recommend this company and these guys to anyone.
