Excellent 5 star service today! Our power went out early this morning and then our whole-house generator about 5 hours later. We called as soon as they opened, Mike was able to get someone out within a couple hours!Mike came, giving us OUTSTANDING service! He was polite, informative, efficient, knowledgeable. Mike and his team were quick to respond to check out a few issues, which including swapping out an old panel. He was clear and reasonable with explaining what needed to be done. I am satisfied with all the work him and his team did.

Mike and his team were phenomenal. He came out same day and fixed the issue we had (circuit breaker that would not reset) and it was very reasonably priced for the amount of time he spent trying to figure out what the problem was. We then asked if we would give us a quote to replace our circuit breaker box outright as we knew this was needed from other work we had done. He made it a point to stress that he was not looking to upsell us on anything, which we appreciated, but still wanted the estimate which again was VERY reasonable. He was able to schedule the work the next week and the whole project was done in 3 hours (we weee expected 5). He also very graciously installed a ceiling fan for us when we asked last minute if it would be possible. The work was great, quick and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend and we will use him and his company again.

This team was excellent. They were quick to respond to my initial request for an estimate, easy to coordinate with and did a great job overall with no mess left behind.

More so, as a first time home owner, I really appreciated their transparency and willingness to share their expertise. I've never had to deal with updating an electrical panel before, or electricians for that matter. They walked me through everything and without judgement and/or condescension.

Michael did an excellent job installing my EV charger. He was professional, punctual, and made sure everything was set up safely and correctly. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend him for any electrical work!

After responding to my Yelp service request in 60 seconds, Michal came over to give me an electrical inspection on my new home. The 50+ year old setup wasn't great and Michal recommended correcting the issues with new equipment and upgrading my service to 200A for the future. He took the time to explain everything in detail, and ensure I understood what the process would entail. Michal and his team were very respectful of my home and my time, working hard on the installation. I greatly appreciated the quality of the work and their straightforward attitudes. I highly recommend Energy Co and will definitely be using them for future projects.

Michael installed a dedicated outlet in my garage for my mobile EV charger and did an excellent job. He was on time, explained everything clearly, finished neatly to code, and the price was fair Highly recommend. Would hire again!!

Rotor -Rooter technician was very helpful, courteous and professional. He was here when he said he would be and was efficient at diagnosing and fixing our plumbing problem.

Had sticker shock when I was told the price $750.00. It was a Friday at around 2pm. Was given a $75.00 credit. Which I appreciated . Rotor- Rotor tech was here for less than an hour. Evaluated the situation 10 minutes went to get his equipment 5 min snaked the drain 20 min took his equipment to his truck 5 min filled out the billing paperwork 10 min.

Average cost on the internet for this job ranges between 100 to 500. With the national average being around 335.00. Nothing special or out of the ordinary was performed. So, to me 750.00 seems excessive. I paid it in hindsight buyer beware.

Don’t think I will ever youse Rotor- Rooter again.

I continue to use Roto-Rooter they do a wonderful job. The service techs are very polite and friendly and professional. The technician I had 6/24/25 Robert was great. Robert very helpful, friendly, came in got the job done. I highly recommend them to get the job done in a timely fashion an the explain what the situation and problem is and was going to be the best solution. Thank you again for a job well done.😁😁😁😁
