Sandra and Letitia. Perfection! I’m a first-time client and had a team of two do a thorough spring cleaning of my house yesterday. The ladies did a great job. Every corner, every surface was dusted, cleaned, polished -- including picture frames, lamp shades, every single book in my very large book case. Leticia and Sandra worked steadily and efficiently for about 3-1/2 hours. I am completely satisfied and – budget permitting – I will have them back again for routine cleaning.

Team 3 Jussara and Moni did my initial today. I cannot be happier. They are truly wonderful. Everything is so clean and smells great. Living with 3 sons I greatly appreciate all they did.
I hope they are assigned to me again.

I have been having the hardest time trying to find a reputable cleaning service that responds quickly. From my first phone call to my first cleaning with Molly Maid, I am just left so so happy! The team of two that came worked quickly, did absolutely beautiful detailed work and were so nice! I’m so relieved and thankful to have Molly Maid helping me!

We had Molly Maid come to deep clean our house and it was lack luster. When I made this booking it was for a deep cleaning $420. I expected that my usual cleaning routine, PLUS deep cleaning would be done (cleaning oven, windows, etc.). I will say they did a fantastic job on most everything; however, I got a call that the cleaners would not be completely finished at my house by 12PM (they arrived at 8:45) and they wanted to confirm if they could stay about another hour to finish. I said no problem, please. The woman advised that it would cost me MORE MONEY for them to finish the deep clean. I expressed my confusion as I did not book, or at least was not told what I was booking, had a set time parameter. Considering it would be cost even more money, I said they could just leave. I am sure the cleaners would have done a wonderful job; however, I am not sure if they are overbooked and this lack of preparedness caused it but several things were not cleaned in my house. Our oven, several windows, and even dusting was not completed. Again, I am sure the cleaners wouldn’t have overseen these things, had they had the time to properly complete the deep clean. For $420, I do not think it was worth it.

I have been using Molly Maid-Southwest Suburbs/Three Rivers since the beginning of the year. They come every two weeks and have been doing a really great job cleaning my house. If I have a special request that week, I write it down and leave the note and they take care of it for me. Sandy has been here the most, including my initial cleaning-and she really does a great job with her team! Thanks also to Jenna, Liz, Sharon, Kelly, Leticia and Sandra. I am so glad that I made the choice to go with Molly Maid!

Team 2 did my initial deep cleaning today. All 3 ladies were polite and efficient. It's me and my 2 lil girls in my house so I loved it being all women. Comfy for us. I'm shocked at the difference between a private service and Molly Maids! ITS SO FREAKING CLEAN IN HERE! MY BASEBOARDS ARE GORG AND I SWEAR MY BLINDS ARE CLEAN! thank you ladies! see ya soon.

Molly Maid came and cleaned my dad’s apartment for an hour and half and it was still dirty. My dad lives in an independently living facility and his apartment is very small about 500 square foot. My dad’s caregiver was there when they cleaned the place and took pictures after it was done.See attached pictures. Called Melissa and complained about the cleaning. She said she will have somebody come and check the place which nobody came and no follow up call to set up a re cleaning. Paid 210$ for the service. I will not recommend this place. They are fast to take your payment but when u complain nothing is done.

I would like to respond to the owner’s message ! They’re 2 cleaning ladies that came and cleaned my dad’s 500 square foot apt. That’s a very small place for 2 person to clean for 90 minutes. Also that’s a lie that I said no for a re clean!! Why will I say no for a QA to come and check the apartment.lie lie lie and if there’s a zero star ⭐️ I will definitely score u zero . U don’t deserve 1 star !!!!

this was the first time I ever hired a cleaning service and Jussara and Moni did a beautiful job. They were so quick at how they moved throughout the house and everything was left perfect including spots i never thought to clean. I truly am so thankful to have them give me a head start on keeping the house as clean as can be!!!

Michelle and Jamie were great! After Surgery, it was a big help for them to come in and clean, something I could not do for a few weeks. The price was reasonable as well. I definitely will call and have it done again if needed! Highly Recommend!

We hired Molly Maid for a one-time clean. The difference was like night and day. We had Team #2, Jamie, Sandy, and Jaalyn. They were thorough with everything they did.

First time cleaning with Molly Maid. Home is spotless. The attention to detail is exemplary. Baseboards and blinds were done; and the place smells fresh and clean. They came out in person for an estimate less than a week ago. We were able to get on the schedule immediately with a regularly scheduled appointment. Love the personal attention and the local, easily accessible office. Price is reasonable and competitive. Thank you!

I’m a single mom and I suffered a knee injury last year that’s made it difficult to deep clean. I hired Molly Maids to clean my bathroom, kitchen and entry way stairs. Worth every single penny! Katie and Moni were awesome. My wife and I had so much going on with a big party planned. We debated back and forth whether to get a cleaning service and if it was worth it. We are new parents and both work full time so our time is precious and we would rather spend it with our kid. Thank you for doing a great job while also being reasonably priced. Molly Maid came out to do a deep clean of my house. The team got to work right away and played close attention to detail. I came home to an awesomely clean house! They were easy to schedule and came in the time window given. I would recommend them! I have them coming monthly now!

Sorry for the delay in posting as moving always stinks however…. Team 2, which consisted of Jamie, Michelle, and Jasmine who came and did the move out clean for me did an absolute fantastic job. The house was spotless and ready for the new owners to come in.
