I have had the pleasure of having Team #4 (Leticia & Sandra) service my home twice. They are very detailed and do a great job! Although I keep my puppy close to me while they are here, they are nice and friendly to him as well. They've done a great job both times. I look forward to future visits.

Most irresponsible and rude customer service. Please dont waste your money and time with their service. They charge you 450$ for 2 bedroom town house, if you complain against their maids, they cancel your future appointments. These are the pictures after they cleaned my house. They expect you to check and ask them to clean again if they dont do it the first time. and they charge you based on hours. So you ask them to clean twice and pay twice. and the result is these pictures.

Molly maids (team 4-Sandra, Damian’s, & Jassara) came this morning to clean my 1st floor and the service was not to my satisfaction for 350. I called the company (and sent pictures) of the areas that were not cleaned and the lady setup for the team to come back out between 2-2:30pm to re-clean. I asked her if she was sure they will be done in time so I can pick up my child at 3:30pm. I sent a text message at 2:55pm asking for an update as I made her aware I will need to leave my home between 3:15 to get my child from school. The crew showed up at 3:05pm to redo the work. Of course my son needed to be picked up and once this issue was brought to one of the ladies. She stated customers allow us to stay in their home all the time. I said well you can’t stay here. This is my first time using your company and the original cleaning was not to par. They left with no time or date to clean. I called the number provided an additional 3 times and no answer or callback. Called the corporate and a guy said he tried to reach them twice and will send them a email. At this point, I’m done. Horrible communication, horrible service! To be charging 350!

I am mostly satisfied with my services, they are professional and pleasant. Overall the cleaning is satisfactory. However my main concern is the transition of many different service personnel. I like my wood floors taken care of of a certain way and often the first time ladies are not aware. Overall I am satisfied

We have had a cleaning lady for years. She comes Bi-weekly. She recently had an issue with her knee so I thought it would be a nice time to do the deep cleaning that she isn’t able to do as one person in the small window she is available. After pricing and comparing. I landed with Molly maids. I inquired and spoke with a very kind lady who informed me of what they offered. ( See photo). She quoted me a price and we set a date. I pre cleaned as anyone would…. Allowing the crew to do the deep cleaning on the list. The two women arrived on time and after 3.5 hours ( ish) left my home. I will say they did do a few things that were obvious… however, they did not touch the baseboards, windowsills, cabinet fronts, vacuum, dust blinds, refrigerator ( bc it had food in it), the oven range bc it was greasy( - exactly!hence why it needed to be cleaned), dust fans or clean window ledges.

I called right away to let them know and the kind lady sent out a different crew the next day! I was so happy and relieved! The crew arrived as promised on time and it was obvious to my husband who was home that the 2 women were working hard to “appease” me for about 2 hours . However, the one woman said to my husband “if your boss is happy with our service can she call our boss and tell her.” Haha- however, they still did NOT do what I paid for. My normal cleaning fee is $110 every other week- basic, normal. The deep cleaning was $500- minus a $95( ish) credit I received for my lack of satisfaction.

I waited a week before I posted as to not review out of emotion. However, a week later I am still disappointed that the listed services/ discussed services and the quality of service recieved were so wildly different and honestly- NOT COMPLETE.

I did text communicate with the kind lady and sadly left it at “ my standards must be to high.” But I must admit…. My standards were asking that the promised job was complete. The job was mediocre at best and yes- I will have to do it myself to do it right. I just wanted to warn others before they waste their money as well.

In all fairness, I did text the kind lady to let her know I would be leaving a review as well. Attached are photos and the list of “promised services.”
