First two techs were nice enough.

Greg did the work the following day. Unfortunately it was not the original problem (our bathtub shower was pouring into our downstairs neighbors condo) but replacing the toilet flange.

After being told green gobbler would fix our shower drain we bought two bottles. We were all told that the water running downstairs was “residual water’ and he left.

The following Sunday after using what was recommended the problem still existed. He never touched the original problem.

After calling Blanding (the two stars is for customer service) they sent out a plumber who was so obnoxious it was beyond belief. I most likely would not have minded his obnoxious over superior attitude on plumbing if it wasn’t for the fact that he left our shower and tub WORSE THAN WHEN HE CAME where black gunk started shooting through the overflow.

I was literally tears to the customer service to get someone to come and fix the close to 2k to have a working shower and apparently decades of black sewer water from our pipes destroying our downstairs neighbors bathroom. That finally occurred late at night (another review above)

Two were nice enough but not effective
One should not be close to not only pipes but people in general.

It’s a crapgame getting the right plumber with this service. It finally occurred with the final plumber.

Btw. Its adorable to get a text on a plumbers likes and family and kids?

I’d prefer their experience in plumbing in a text after what we originally went through

Edwin for J Blanton Plumbing did a great job installing a new Navian tankless water heater at our house. He was very professional and did a great job explaining how the water heater works and the required upkeep.

Both employees I worked with, Michael W. And Jacob C. We’re top notch on getting the inspection and quotes ironed out smoothly, setup for the install. Michael W. was super friendly and went above and beyond on the install so no doubt I’d use them for another job!

The work I had done was on a Sunday for Sewer line cleaning. Difficult to wait and find a good price as I cant go days without using drains , toilets etc. But the technician was good and did the job. And they were available same day.

Edgar, was amazing to work with. He walked us through the entire process, identified the root cause and helped us source the toilet to prevent future issues. 10 out of 10 service!

John was a great resource helping me navigate my plumbing needs. His recommendations were solid and made sense to me. Good service.

Very prompt service and transparent pricing. The technicians were all very friendly and courteous. From estimate to repair was about two hours, so it was easy to fit into the day.

Quality service and great attention to detail. Alex Y. went above and beyond to find the cause of a sewage smell on our property. He emailed me a detailed, post-visit follow up with all of the information that I will need to consult with our builder. Highly recommend J Blanton.

My Plumbing Technician Mr. Maloney did a fantastic job. He worked quickly and efficiently. I was very satisfied with the work he did. I'd definitely work with Blanton Plumbing and Mr Maloney again in the future.

Edgar and his assistant Skylar were great. Had my repair work done quickly and offered me great details and options prior to the install. They also quickly found the source of my leaky faucet and adjusted that. They were very professional and a great help. Highly recommend them.

Andrew and Ty were great installing our toilet today! Professional, communicative, and very efficient. They were able to share additional recommendations for future bathroom renovations, too. This is the second time I've worked with J. Blanton and will continue to call them first for future needs.

Peyton and Mike did a great job inspecting the sewer line with a camera and explaining everything. They gave me a very good estimate to repair an about to be detached sewer line . If you have an older house like mine 50 years old good idea to get a free camera inspection so you know condition of sewer line before an emergency happens.

The plumber John that came for repairing a sump pump pipe leak was friendly, knowledgeable and fixed the immediate problem. Schedualing and having someone come out on time was not. It was several hours beyond the scheduled time and the plumber still had not come. Had to cancel and reschedule 2 times and finally John came 2 days later

Jovany did a great job. It took longer than expected and he worked through all difficulties like a true professional. He was dedicated to doing things right. Very much appreciated.

Mike came out for an urgent call from a ways away and got right to work. He provided detail around what was happening and options to pursue. He worked his best to get a fair quote and we're glad J Blanton is our service provider for plumbing

Excellent service! Lawrence checked everything, made me new appointments (which is much more convenient than calling the general number), and took care of our water heater.

John Hogan is very knowledgeable of what he does and is willing to share the knowledge that every home owner should know of. I highly recommend him if you have any plumber issues.
