Absolutely incredible to deal with, guy who came out treated it like it was his own mothers house with courtesy. Would recommend to anyone after dealing with him.

Charged me $175. for "water leak investigation" then another $275. to fix it for a total of $450 to replace a gasket. Would not apply "investigation" fee to repair and also, won't accept a credit card but then harasses you for payment within hours of the job. Used by Cagan management.

Last week Sinan fixed an ongoing leak from my upstairs neighbors shower which was leaking into my ceiling below. Today he came out because Our condo building has a lot of old pipes and recently the air conditioning condensing drain and pipes got clogged causing both a flood in my hvac closet and a downpour through my neighbors ceiling below. They brought out tons of tools and kept going with multiple contraptions working diligently to remedy this stubborn clog between units. This issue was very concerning as it’s too hot not to use AC and my poor neighbors were worried about the possible need to replace their whole system and part of their hardwood floors. At times we were both emptying buckets every hour until Sinan and his team arrived with very short notice. They are honest, knowledgeable and hardworking professionals.

Discrimination against me for no reason. They are the primary doctor listed on my insurance and they refused to give me an appointment. I have NEVER in my life encountered such rude and unethical behavior from a doctor's office. I am going to file grievances against this office with Medicare and the medical board. I'm going to let everyone know how horrible I was treated!

I really used to love this practice, and my nurse practitioner at Randolph Primary. Not anymore! They have hired alot of non caring people in the office, and other places at this practice. I showed up for an appointment last week, only to be told that I was called, and the appointment had been rescheduled?? Now, if I had of been called, would I have been there? I think not! And after just calling them, the girl I was speaking to, said that she did call me, and argued with me, after I told her she didn't call me, or I wouldn't have been there! Guess what? She loudly said "BYE! " And hung up on me! Wow! That's really not the way you talk to a long standing patient ! I do NOT recommend this practice anymore, because of their non caring attitudes! And their lack of getting prescriptions right! I've been told 3 different stories about 1 prescription! I've been going here for a very long time now, but I think I'm going to try and find a new doctor. Hanging up on me was the last straw!

I recently moved to the area so I was looking for a Primary care Dr.
I scheduled a new patient visit and also request a physical at the same time.
When I got to the office I found out that they had not gotten records from my former Dr. office.
I called that office and found that they had never gotten the first request. Then After further investigation I then found that the fax number on the request was wrong!
Why didn’t my new office call themselves to find out why they hadn’t gotten the records?

I went back to see the Dr. and he had no idea I was getting a physical and had to check with someone else to see if he could!
I clearly told the staff this when I made the appointment about needing a physical the same day!
The Dr. then started to ask questions about my past history and dates of surgeries which I did not have the specifics and would have been in my past records.
He performed one of the least thorough exams I have ever have in my life.
He seemed very rushed and seemed to be bothered with my concerns rather than concerned himself.
He barely touched me during the exam and did not do many of the normal procedures usually done during such an exam.
I left feeling very frustrated and like livestock being herded out of the room.

In conclusion:
You work for me.
If you can’t provide the correct service I am paying for I will fire you.
Your fired.

I will find a Dr. who cares about his patients and knows how to conduct a proper physical.

My experience with Randolph Primary Care has been very good. The care I've received has been knowledgeable, attentive and prompt. I highly recommend the NP there. On the occasional time when I couldn't see my regular provider I've been worked into another's schedule I especially appreciate that. If you need a late afternoon appointment it can be difficult to get. Over all I love this practice.

Been a patient here for six years now through 3 different doctors and I've loved all of them! I've seen all the doctors there at some point. I choose to see the PA, Jackie, because I'm personally more comfortable with a female doctor but the male doctors are great and very friendly and professional as well. I've never had a bad experience here and all the staff are very welcoming and laid back. I'm the type of person that usually gets nervous in a doctor's office but they create a very relaxing environment so I don't dread going. Highly recommend :)

Great plumbing company who has done a lot of work at our house over the years. Very professional, on time and honest.

They were amazing! Showed up on time, nicest plumber, super quick, fabulous work and attention to detail! I feel lucky to have found them!

After failing the annual People’s Gas testing, I called LifeTime Plumbing. They came that day! Gas pipes were replace in my basement. The gas company did another inspection and was able to restore gas service.

I highly recommend Lifetime Plumbing for any plumbing needs. Extremely professional, they did a great job on 2 of our outdoor water faucets with very fair price.

Elvis was professional and helpful throughout entire process. Its been 10 months now and plumbing still working great!
