Had our basement flood from a clogged sewer drain. The only plumber available that night was unable to clear it out. Donovan and his partner showed up the next day and was able to clear it and inspected the sewer drain with a camera. What we were told would be a very expensive problem ended up being fixed in about an hour by Donovan. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares for his clients. I would absolutely recommend Worx and do business with them in the future.

About the only plumber I trust in this day and age. I had Just In Time service my home before and I got taken big time by them. They sold me some snake oil and charged out the wazoo. I needed someone else! When I reached out to Donavan when I needed some maintenance he knowledgly informed me my previous system was failing and he wasn't just saying it, he actually showed me what was happening. I told him about some issues we were having and instead of just selling us stuff he put together the right system for us to our needs for our home. His workmanship is honestly unmatched the plumbing he did for us looks like a piece of fine art. I'm very happy with the service and will forever be calling him if I ever have an issue. Thank you!

Water alarm in the basement went off. Found out that there was a pressure issue and the pressure tank was not working properly. Worx replaced the expansion tank, blowoff valve that was leaking and reworked the plumbing a little bit so it was installed right side up and out of the way of the furnace humidifier water on/off valve. Work looks professional and is dry as a bone. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Spent so much time on the phone with suggestions for us to fix hot water heater on our own. When we couldn’t he showed up next morning and took care of everything for our 96 year old grandma including fixing water softener at no charge.
