Reviews of local pros in Somonauk, Illinois

I have had Donovan work in my house, my son‘s house and other relatives with absolute professionalism and the highest quality of products and service, I would absolutely recommend him

Can’t say enough good things about Worx Plumbing. They responded fast, explained everything clearly, and really had my best interest in mind instead of upselling. Honest, reliable, and easy to work with.

Very professional and helped me understand the whole problem/situation as well as the solution. Super fast, reliable/prepared, and knew what he was doing. Would 100% call again if I have another problem in the future!

LIFESAVERS!
My pipe started to leak because it was frozen and pushed the valve up off pipe.
They made a stop at my house before going to another job they had scheduled. They had it fixed and dis some double checks of other things in a bit over an hour. Flat rate and no outrageous charge by the hour! Super super nice! Thank you Donovan and Shane!!!! You have no idea how stressful this week was and getting this fixed quickly was much appreciated! Will recommend you to my family and friends!!!!

Very professional, organized, and friendly service. I would highly recommend Worx plumbing to all of my friends and family!

Just want to say, in a emergency situation he was able to come right out and take care of us. Our sewage pump completely died and he did a fantastic job and extremely timely. He was polite, courteous and extremely professional. I will definitely be using his business going forward for any plumbing needs! Thanks again Donovan. - Donny

Donovan did some work at my house before he started worx. He is meticulous and thinks things through before he does anything. Everything was top notch and his work stands the test of time. If I need plumbing work I will be reaching out to worx!

Quality work! Very organized and professional and they cleanup after themselves. I will definitely be calling them when needed (hopefully not too often lol)

Donovan and his brother are always my first call for any plumbing issues. This time was a cracked Cold line for my Mother-in Laws garage and new spigot for both the hot and cold line while testing after the repair we found out that the hot line had cracked also The repaired both lines. They did a very professional and clean Job I highly recommend them

Donovan and his apprentice installed a water softener for us. We are super happy with their work. The pipes are symmetrical and clean. They also thoroughly cleaned afterward and kept the work area clean by laying tarps and walking on non-shoe areas with booties, which I really appreciated the respect for our home. The duo are super nice and professional. Donovan took the time to explain things to us and weren't aggressive like some of the other plumbers I vetted. He also did an overall inspection for potential issues in the future. We will be calling them back for other future work.

Came out today was great experience. Communicated. Every step and explained every issue. And very honest. Explained thoroughly issue found. And was very neat with cleaning up afterwards. Would 100% use again!!!!!!!!!!

Donovan came out to replace the expansion tank on my water heater. His work is efficient, crisp and clean. He explains exactly what needs to be done and takes the time to answer questions and educate 😊

Donovan did a great job discovering and repairing a backup in our home. We were getting water backed up into our second story bathroom. He knew exactly what the issue was. We have worked with so many plumbers and unfortunately, we hadn’t found a reliable, professional, knowledgeable and well experienced plumber like Donavan. From now, on Donavan is the person to go with! Great experience, will be hiring him again.

We had a fantastic experience with Worx. Came out for an emergency repair and stayed late at night until it was done. Scheduled a followup call to fix other issues and all were done perfect and professionally.

Donovan came out at the last minute a couple weeks ago to fix a plumbing issue. He was extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He explained everything that he was doing and his price was very reasonable. I would definitely use him again!

We had an issue with our pipes leaking and they came right out and go things fixed up in no time! I highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs!

I had a positive experience with Worx plumbing. Came out in a timely manner and fixed my plumbing problem at a reasonable price. Will definitely use again.

Worx plumbing has been my go to plumber for years. They have done a tankless water heater install, plumbing fixtures changes and several maintenance visits. They have always been extremely professional with very clean work. We will continue to use them for all our plumbing needs thank you.

Worx could not have done a better job! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a plumber they can (actually) trust. They took the time to make sure we fully understood everything before doing the work and the price was very reasonable.

THE best plumber with thoroughness and skill!!! Worx Plumbing identified an issue I was having with my water heater. Within 24 hours everything was fixed as a very reasonable price! Extremely professional and trustworthy! They are, and always will be, my first call!! Can’t say enough good things!
