I’ve had a great experience with Flo Maxx from start to finish. They were very quick to respond. Their prices are reasonable. The whole team is very professional. From talking to Martha over the phone with scheduling, Joe(I think that’s his name) but he came out and assessed the situation and explained everything needed to install utility sink in laundry room to Paul and Matthew who did a marvelous job with completing the work. They kept me informed with what they were doing. I will definitely hire again for my plumbing needs

My repair man Kevin was great. I explained to him the situation with my plumbing and explained to me all of the possibilities and my options for my repair. To my benefit the cheaper option worked in my favor and my shower works like brand new. Kevin was very helpful and thorough throughout the entire process.

I just bought my house 8 months ago and this month I’ve been dealing with major plumbing issues. I’m only 24 years old and am a first time homeowner, so this was such a scary and overwhelming process but these guys came in and were determined to solve my problems with the pipes, and worked hard to get me a solution. They were so kind and informative about the whole process with my family, I truly appreciate your whole team. I want everyone to know these are the type of people you want working on your house.

This is the second time in 9 months that I have had problems with my sewer. Same crew came out both times. Felix did a great job, he’s personable and he cares about doing good work and cleaning up.

We called to inquire about services to a crawl space and were booked with a consultation immediately. They promptly arrived 30 minutes before the appointment with two well equipped trucks. Immediately diagnosed the problem, took images and video and cleared the area. They saved my mother thousands of dollars that another contractor was trying to charge for unnecessary work. With the images and video my mother was able to take to the town to show pipping fault belong to the town and not her property. We are super grateful to Flo Maxx team for their professionalism, punctuality and dedication to the customer. It’s very hard to find honest services specially when working with the elder. I highly recommend this company!

Run! My main sewer line was backed up. Flo Maxx immediately said my catch basin and line needed pumped out, hydro-jetted and checked with a camera at a cost of $1500. I asked if they could just rod it as I always have the last 20 years and they said they could for $550, but it may not get my line open. Called another company who arrived an hour later and they rodded it and had the line open within 10 minutes. They ran the rod through several more times to get all the roots they could and I only paid $385.

Flo Maxx services were highly recommended. We just purchase a home two years ago and the plumbing started backing up in the basement within a year. We had plumbers that half done the job and another company that so-called jet rodded it. Flo Maxx Plumbing Services and technicians are professional and very thorough. They have the best equipment and are qualified if you live in the City of Chicago and trying to get in the Private Drain Program offered by the Chicago Water Department. The technicians Junior and Felix done an outstanding job. We were very pleased with their services and recommendations. Thank you all.
