I wish I could give more than 5 Stars. They honored their warranty. There was an unexpected problem with my system. Not only did the Original Technician come out, but also a second technician and the owner came to fix my sewage backup. That’s what I call integrity. Needless to say I was totally impressed.

As usual, FloMaxx to the rescue! Right on time and fixed the broken gasket in a snap. Couldn’t be more pleased and grateful! Never hesitate to call this business.

Got next-day service on a Saturday for jetting out a sewer blockage. Matt was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, effective, and professional. Plus the work has a 6-month guarantee. I will be glad to with with Flo-Maxx again!

David and Gostavo were very helpful and professional while fixing my plumming issue. The price was very reasonable, unlike other companies, they didn't charge thousands to correct the issue. They took care of my issue in a timely manner. I will always call Flomaxx for any plumming needs, thanks guys!!!

This was an overwhelming experience that we went through but Flo Maxx sent out a great crew to take care of the overflow, sewage problem we had in the basement and Dave and Eleazar took care of it with the HydroJet and Elias came with the Pump truck and cleaned it all up. We highly appreciate each one of them for an incredible job. And Joe for being such a professional over the phone.

I am so grateful to Flo-max for coming out today. Yesterday was Veterans Day and as a veteran I woke up expecting to have a great day with free food. Instead I woke to a flooded basement. Matt and Eleazar came out the next morning and they were very helpful and knowledgeable about the system they even took time to explain to me what pipes ran through my house and what they belonged to. They cleared my drain line and gave me great information on yearly preventative maintenance to ensure my home was in great condition in the future. I am forever thankful to you guys and the company Flo-max!!!
