The WORST, spent $8,000 last year with a cleanout system to overflow sewage twice after. They are rude, never communicate, 3 day job took 10 and 1 yr later still overflowing. Do not use, see you in court Greg, I was as patient as I could be with you.

This company will rob you if you are not knowledgeable. I called for a clog from the bathroom to the pit in the laundry room (about 4 feet). They tried telling me I need a new pump for about $1200. I told them the pump was just replaced and has a warranty. They then switched and said I need the line rodded for $450 and they would have to pull the toilet. I told them another plumber said you can go from the pit so you don't have to pull the toilet. They said it would save money doing it that way. They did it that way, took about 10 minutes, still charges $450.
Then they said the toilet wouldn't fill and all the mechanisms in the toilet are shot. I need to replace the entire toilet for about $600 to $700. The toilet was working before they got there so I didn't believe them. I checked on YouTube, it was just debris in the line and takes 2 minutes to correct with no tools needed to do the job.
I called the owner to let him know that they kept trying to trick me into spending more money. He talked over me the entire time, basically called me a liar, and said ABC plumbing does that, not us. I guess he brought them up because they are known to be reputable. Also, they never left a work order (probably so there's no evidence). If you don't already have knowledge about how your plumbing works, DON'T CALL THEM! They will trick you into spending over $1000 for unnecessary work and act like they gave you a discount. CROOKS.

The 2 gentlemen were knowledgeable, complete and courteous. They commented about the circumstances of the water heater and water flow problem. I learned from them.

Re-ignited the hot water heater. Turned main water valve on. Checked all the faucets. Explained concern about the age of the water heater and slow water flow due to corrosion in galvanized water pipes. Made recommendations.

I had been playing a dangerous game of “how long can this ancient water heater hang on?” for way too long. Honestly, it was almost old enough to remember Y2K. I knew it was only a matter of time before it gave up the ghost—and sure enough, it finally croaked late last night, right when I needed a hot shower the most.

So, bleary-eyed and annoyed, I called Greg Hannah Plumbing and Sewer Services around 9:00 AM, fully expecting to be told I’d have to wait a few days for someone to come out. Instead, they said, “We’ll be there by noon,” and—true to their word—Michael and Jason rolled up right on time.

These guys were awesome. Professional but easygoing, fast but careful, and just genuinely nice humans. They replaced my dead water heater with the precision and speed of a NASCAR pit crew, but with less shouting and more plumbing knowledge. The entire job took about 90 minutes, they cleaned up after themselves like pros, and even answered my barrage of curious homeowner questions without flinching.

On top of all that, the price was more than fair. No surprises, no upselling—just great service from start to finish. I honestly didn’t think I’d ever be this excited about a water heater install, but here we are.

Bottom line: I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to call Greg Hannah Plumbing again. If you’re looking for fast, friendly, no-nonsense plumbing help, these are your people.

Artie & Gio fixed my leaky washer valve very quickly. They were friendly and professional. Artie also took the time to answer my questions about cleaning our main line. Will definitely call Hannah Plumbing again.

I have used Hannah Plumbing for more than twenty-five years. Artie and Gio replaced my very old sump pump today with a new quiet, powerful Champion. Out standing same day service. I highly recommend them.
