Very reliable!!!

There employees are the best. Very professionals

Great people, good service, reasonable pricing.

Good price and service. I have been using them for years

Very Fast. Help you unload and load Rug. Great prices!!

From pick up to delivery, everything is amazing and professional. 5 years of filth, and they took care of it!!!!

Excellent service: we’ve used this company before & will continue to do so due to their quality cleaning & fair prices.

I dropped off 3 area rugs. They took a over a week to get them done. When I picked up the rugs they were rolled up, and I remembered from using them in the past that they would roll it once I was there and let me see them. Once I unrolled them at home, they literally did not clean them. One of the area rugs still had a sticker my son had dropped on it and it was still stuck on there and I had to vacuum the area rugs and now take them elsewhete to get cleaned.

This place is very reasonable with their prices and the staff I dealt with were very nice. They charge for cleaning by the size of the rug.

When you get there they lay it out and measure and have a preprinted price sheet for the area rugs. I came back a week later and had clean rugs nicely wrapped and tied in paper waiting for me.

Wont be back soon because I have no more carpet to clean but have already told people about this place and they are bringing their area rugs to get cleaned.

A+ all the way

We brought in two very dirty shag area rugs on a hope and a prayer they could clean them one last time. Just opened them and put them down and they look absolutely awesome! These worker bees are conscientious, courteous and quick! We'd give them 10 stars if we could!

Helpful/professional

Always on time! Can't emphasize that enough with these guys. I've been using Hood Cleaning Experts Chicago for about 8 years now and I can honestly say, I have no complaints. They have my facilty scheduled every 2 months and let me tell you, they always call me 2-3 days in advanced to let me know they will be coming by. If it wasn't for them, I would forget. Thanks Hood Cleaning Experts Chicago. You guys rock!

Muy buena

Sergio One has been great for lawn care services for the past several years at our home

Best Landscaping Prices in Oak Park, River Forest, Elmhurst, and Villa Park. Call Sergio for Brick Work and Estimate. Great Quality Work. I highly recommend!!!

Met with Sergio about grass cutting, getting rid weeds. He was over an hour late for our appointment at 6pm. When I came out to meet him he just looked at me and said “yeah”.I asked about getting rid of weeds in front and back yards, Sergio suggested that I get sod. I explained to him that sod was too expensive. He offered no other suggestions. I asked about treatment to get rid of the weeds. He said it would be $100 and that he would only do the treatment one time. I asked about grass cutting. He said he comes every week. I asked if he could do it bi-weekly, Sergio walked away and told me, “bye bye”. Sergio was very rude and had a very unpleasant and nasty attitude. I would never do business with him! He is recommended by the BBB but I don’t know why or how. Horrible experience!

I've used Sergio One for about 2 years and two separate locations. They added a brick paver patio at our townhouse and did a wonderful job for a great price. Now they provide lawn service for my home and are very professional, clean fast and on time. He has trimmed my trees and has been very accommodating. Great service at a great price.

I would highly recommend Sergio One.

I found Sergio One landscaping through a search on the Better Business Bureau website. Sergio responded the next day and came out to provide an estimate. He was reliable, courteous, offered a reasonable price and did a professional job with his team. Excellent work. Highly recommended!

Our library is very well pleased with Sergio and his team. They gave us an excellent price and did a very thorough job with seasonal cleaning. I'm looking forward to our continued collaboration and contracting them for more services!

I can't say enough great things about Segio One and the exceptional service they provide for our gated community. Their landscaping team keeps our grounds looking pristine year-round, with beautifully maintained lawns, vibrant seasonal plantings, and meticulous attention to detail.
When winter arrives, their snow removal service is just as impressive. They respond promptly, ensuring our roads, driveways, and walkways are cleared efficiently and safely, even after the heaviest snowfalls. Their reliability gives our residents peace of mind, knowing they can always count on clear and accessible pathways.
The team is professional, courteous, and dedicated to high-quality service. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it shows in the results. If you’re looking for a landscaping and snow removal company that truly goes above and beyond, I highly recommend Sergio One!
