We were very pleased with this company. We had an underground gas leak and the owner called me personally to inquire about the problem asking for location and pictures. He then sent out Dale (who did an awesome job ) who inspected the situation, explained to us what he was going to do, and insured the problem/leak was completely fixed prior to leaving the property. Dale also showed us the pipe that he dug up, replaced, which was causing our problem. It was a big job and they had the specialty and expertise needed when dealing with a gas leak. Good people ~

We had a sewer pump malfunction two days before closing on the sale of our dad's house. These guys were responsive, professional, and fixed it right the first time, and that included troubleshooting to see what was actually causing the problem. They knew what equipment they needed, didn't waste time, and helped me get the issue resolved, knowing the short time frame in which we had to work. I'd gladly recommend them to anyone in the STL Metro Area. The best part? It cost me about 3/4 of what I expected--and he gives a military discount to boot.

I Purchased, a commercial grade hot water heater, 3 1/2 years ago for &1,750. It failed and flooded my finished basement. I was told after three years they would do nothing, and would not stand behind their product. I could have put in a $500 hot water heater and got better results and service. It’s a shame, they came off as nice people. BEWARE!

I spoke to the owner for scheduling and Luke performed the work. Luke was fantastic and the work was done quickly and professionally. The cost was much less than I expected and I will definitely be using Littiken again if I have future plumbing needs and would recommend them to anyone needing service! Thank you!

Fantastic and responsive service. Dec 23 2022, during some of the coldest weather we have had, I had an unexpected pipe burst. Littiken was on the ball. Called at 12 and had a plumber within the next few hours. Plumber was considerate and professional. They even came out a second time after a 2nd leak was discovered and the Plumber helped me thaw out some additional frozen lines. With the volume of calls I'm sure all plumbing services were receiving due to the negative temperatures, they were fast and responsive.

Our recent experience was extremely positive. Our issue was quickly identified and corrected. The plumber ( Spencer ) was very professional explaining the problem, worked very neatly and even offering advice on regular maintenance.

The tech was extremely knowledgeable and did an amazing job. They added a new line in the bathroom and a bidet.
