Our AC unit stopped working Friday evening. Don was able to fit us into his schedule and come out Saturday afternoon. He diagnosed the problem and had us back and running Sunday morning! Only delay from Saturday to Sunday was finding the part and due to weather. Extremely grateful for his promptness and completing the job. Very professional.

Don is a magic man. After replacing the system last year, we had an issue with our AC yesterday and he came out today. It’s all fixed now! We are still under warranty so all good there, he also gave some super helpful tips on how to keep the unit healthy, including changing the filter monthly instead of 4x/year.

I have been dealing with Don Gallia for all our heating and Cooling services for years. He is always very responsive and quick to help and fix any issues we are having. Airco Service was super easy to work with from start to finish. Don was very knowledgeable in the planning process and helped us come up with solution to meet our needs. The technicians were professional and got the job done right. I would definitely recommend them for you HVAC job.

My tech was good and I could tell he was knowledgeable but the pricing should be criminal. I had to pay $200, just for the guy to spray a leak solution on the copper joints . Takes about 15 minutes, this should be included in the hourly price.
I just feel so sorry for all the people who don’t know that are getting ripped off.

Don from Airco was great the service he provided was outstanding. He was able to get me scheduled quickly and the work was done within a day. He went the extra mile to ensure I understood everything that was going to be done and he also called me to inform me that it was done. It's nice when you have to work to come home to a cool house knowing that the professionalism that was provided to me and my family was utmost outstanding service anyone would expect.

I've inherited Airco from a flipped property I purchased. Still has the warranty so I choose to use them. It's almost not worth it. Terrible scheduling system, there's a lot of "I'll call you on the day of and see what time our guys can make it to you". I even tried to accommodate and say I'm available all day with at least a half an hour heads up to meet them. I'm a small business owner and own multiple properties in STL City and county and need a nice heads up to make it...They still didn't even call me at all to even give me a window to expect a worker to come.

I gave two star because when I was actually able to have someone look at the AC unit he was able to fix it rather quickly. But what is it worth when the problem was a bad install in the first place...Brand new heater

Edit: I was able to get my problem solved. And management helped a lot with that. If you have concerns voice them with management and I will say, they will step up. I never dealt with the normal scheduling system again so I can't comment on that but, I was taken care of in the end.

The service technician who came out was also very professional again and very knowledgeable. He found the problem and fixed it after some troubleshooting.

We purchased this unit 8/9/2023. We have needed to have it serviced every couple months because it won't run. We had to call service manager Chris to have it serviced again 12/3/2024 because the furnace wasn't heating. We requested they send a different tech because they sent service tech Larry every time we have called and Larry has out right said he doesn't know the system but they won't send a different tech. We told Chris that we would prefer not to have Larry and he said we could call out a different company then. We accept having Larry because the unit is under warranty. On 12/3/24 Larry said a sensor was failing and he "rigged" it to make it run until 12/5/24 when the new part would arrive. Today 12/20/24 he still hasn't come back to properly fix the unit. We called the service manager Chris and asked about it issue and he said he had no information on it.

Very professional and responsive service. Technician replaced parts on our air conditioner on a very hot day. He arrived without a long wait and explained everything clearly.

Wow! Airco absolutely bailed us out on this project. The Entire Hvac & Plumbing was a mess! Their teams showed up like clock work from the beginning of the project to the very last day! They crawled through nasty crawl spaces, they navigated the opossums in the crawl space, pointed out problems that needed addressed, offered professional advice & were kind courteous and fast! Thank you so much Daniel & Beverly Renfro, Darrel & Linda Renfro for all the incredible love you poured on our family. This project needed a little more horse power than I was capable of giving it. Thank you!
