    I purchased the move-in heavy duty cleaning. I was pleased with their work on the first half of the job which included the master bedroom, master bath, bedrooms, and bathroom. They were detailed and thoroughly cleaned the rooms. Unfortunately, less effort was put into cleaning the second half of the job which consisted of the living room, kitchen, basement, basement bathroom, and laundry room. Those rooms were not completed at the same level of thoroughness. The window sills still had dust and the windows were noticeably not wiped. The kitchen walls still had noticeable residue. The inside of the refrigerator was not completely cleaned as a drawer still had particles/crumbs lingering. The oven still had baked-on grease stains and there were still many cobwebs present. Although the staff was friendly, the work was not consistent throughout the day as the second half of the job seemed rushed. I will unfortunately not be using the company again as the work was not consistent and thorough.
