Unprofessional. Multiple no shows and unresponsive.

Roberto and his services were recommended and we were referred to by a good friend, but unfortunately we had bad experience.

Last week, my wife and I contacted him for a quote regarding mulching our yard. I asked if I had to be present and if not, he could just look at my yard with mulch already and provide me a quote. He recommended for me to be there. He stated that he would come on Thursday at 9am. Therefore, I took work off that morning to do so. He messaged and said he was running behind and will arrive by 11am however that was too late on my end. As a result, he messaged and asked if Sunday at 10am would work. I agreed. He didn't come and was a no-show.

I texted if he was still coming but he stated that he emailed me that he wasn’t coming due to weather. I checked my spam, inbox, and even my trash bin just in case but no email. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and he texted me that he will be coming this Tuesday at 9am. We both confirmed on the date and time and he even stated “see you then” and “thank you”. Again, a no-show. He states that he mixed me up with another appointment and we can schedule another time.

If you want proof regarding messages and communication, I am more than happy to show it however it would be tedious if listed via photo attachment.

Wanted to let people know that I do NOT recommend Roberto’s services. The fact that Roberto stated he would do something as simple as a quote and no showed multiple times, shows the unprofessional services of his company and business.

I hope no others will experience this.

City took down trees and left the debris in my yard. Call Twin Pines to get a quote. Best price by far. They came out on time, cleaned it up, very professional, did a great job.

I needed bushes ground down and other yard work done. Other companies refused to call JULIE and even backtracked on what their work would entail, stating the quote was to cut the bushes flush with the ground and not underground.

Twin Pines was professional and thorough and got the work done so I could get my fence installed.

I have used Twin Pines twice in the last 4 years. In the fall of 2019 we had 2 LARGE trees removed. We have 2 acres and they place plywood over the grass to drive on, sparing damage to the yard. Roberto and his crew are exceptional. Twin Pines is professional , thorough, a good value, and just great to have around. That 70' tree was just outside our master bedroom. No more storm worries. Anyway, an awesome company.

Roberto and the crew are top notch! They were quick, efficient and very careful with my belongings while trimming my large, unruly maple. I will attach some before and afters. Amazing how much bigger and nicer my yard looks now that this tree has been tamed.

I've been a SavATree customer for several years, and I am always so grateful for the loving care they provide my 100+ year old silver maple trees. This is the first time I've worked with Nick, and I came away from our consult with a much deeper understanding of my trees and why they do what they do, and how to prepare for their future care. You can tell Nick really loves trees and he made our visit fun and super informative, and took the time to look at not only our problem tree, but to do a full check up on all the trees on our property. Saw some insect activity at the base of an old tree in my daughter's yard. Called SavATree to see if their Arborist could tell us if we had a termite problem. Arborist Sarah came out the next day and thoroughly examined the tree and a neighboring one in the same yard, both at least 75 years old. Luckily, not a termite problem, just some random bugs trying to make a home. Suggested a few things to prolong the life of both trees. Great experience with Sarah and the company. A+++

Sav-a-tree performed a deep fertilizer treatment for my trees and shrubs this week. Jesus Zanetti was very courteous and thorough. He made sure I understood what the treatment would do for my landscaping. Good job!

Never have I had better service from tree experts. David Kusnierz patiently answered all my questions, gave me useful information about all the trees and shrubs on my property. He made sure the men who performed the services were prepared for the job by giving them all the information they needed. His follow-up was timely. I have referred Save A Tree to everyone, knowing I will not be embarrassed.

Very thorough job pruning and removing dead branches from our trees. Good job cleaning up afterwards.

We engaged SavATree to advise us on a struggling maple tree in our backyard that was looking seriously stressed, and to do some overdue pruning, feeding, and disease control on other trees on our property. Our arborist Kristen Hata has been extremely professional and helpful in diagnosing the issues, recommending a treatment plan, and coordinating the various services. She has been out to the house numerous times to check on the work, and gave us her personal cell number in case we had any issues. Time will tell on whether the maple will recover fully, but so far everything else has been great.

We received expert advice from SavATree and they scheduled the work in a convenient window of time for us. The work was completed with professionalism and expertise. They cleaned up the branches thoroughly and we look forward to using this company to help us care for our trees for a long time to come.

Nick showed up on time for the estimate and was very knowledgeable about my trees. He told me information about my invasive ornamental pear tree, also told me about my maple tree. Thank you for the information. If I had a sick tree, I would call SavATree again.

The entire process with SavATree was really easy for us as two homeowners very new to tree removal. They walked us through our best care options and were extremely timely in actual removal. Yard clean-up post removal was better than we could have expected. Would definitely recommend this group.

Had a tree with storm damage. There was a big limb that had split but did not come down. It was in a very precarious position over part of my house. The SavATree crew came in with a bucket and were able to get it down safely. Compared to the last company that trimmed my trees, they were far safer and more professional. They did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. Thank you!

We have been having our crabapple trees sprayed for diseases and all our other trees fertilized. Everything is looking wonderful and healthy! No leaves dropping this year. The technicians have been both friendly and informative about what the were doing and why. Very pleased.

SAVATREE has eradicated the fungus, (red thread) on my lawn. Yippee! No other lawn service was equipped or willing. In fact I was told it was impossible. Not so! My technician, Arturo, is knowledgeable and also guides me on cutting and watering guidelines. Arturo not only does a thorough job but he is personable; a true asset to your company. Because of his work ethic, and the outcome of the lawn treatments, I would recommend SAVATREE as a company you can trust.

Savannah is great! I like her upbeat attitude and solid work ethic. She gets right down to work and does a thorough job. She is knowledgeable and has been able to address all of my concerns and answer all of my questions in regard to our trees.

SavATree did a fantastic job with my tree removal. It was a very large silver maple just a couple feet from my house and maybe 10’ from my neighbor’s house. The crew did a great job taking it down quickly and carefully. I was nervous about how close the tree was to the house, but they got it down with no problem and no damage. My neighbor even came out when they were finished and was surprised with how quickly the got it done. The arborist, Sarah, was great as well with explaining my options and communicating throughout the whole process.

Fidel is a great guy and very easy to work with. They are extremely efficient when on site, they do great work and when they are done you can hardly tell they were even there.
