Michael has been our go-to guy for the last few years anytime we have something break or just stop working. He’s always professional, kind, quick to help, and makes repairs easy to understand and always fixes things to last. It’s definitely nice to have someone reliable when you’re in a bind.

Michael from Applicance-Mend has been to our home twice to help repair a fridge. Both times he has been friendly, helpful, and upfront about what he believes the problem could be, what he'll do to fix it, and what other problems could arise. His rates are fair and reasonable. He will be our first call any time an appliance in our house acts up!

After taking off the cover and removing the drum, he called me over and showed me what had failed, while also letting me know the cost for the part (he was very informative and communicated with me during the entire process). He was a total professional, safety glasses and all (!), and we will support this local small businessman, with all our future appliance needs. A very good experience.
