5 star! Bob is reliable, trustworthy and reasonable. My AC wasn’t working and I called on Saturday at 6am and he was at my house within an hour and fixed it. This is the only Heating and Cooling company you’d want to call in Monroe County and nearby!

I had to have my 30 yr furnace and AC unit replaced. The service man was awesome. The owner of the company also came out and was friendly and personable.

Whoever is looking for a fair price with quality and caregiving work... THIS IS YOUR GUY! Mr. Lunk has always been to my house within 30 min no matter the time of day. He's passionate, loyal, and a contractor I've never had to call back because his teams work is flawless and hard workers. I had to replace a 70 year old furnace during one of the coldest winter weeks here. Lunk's heating & cooling had a brand new one installed by early afternoon the next day with a 5:30 pm service call the evening before. It's unheard of, and he cares. HIRE THESE GUYS! you wont regret it!

They came in and identified what was wrong super quick, they planned on fixing it the next day however they were able to get it done that same day. Excellent service, friendly peeps who get the job done!

Called Lunk heating and air conditioning with 2 emergencies during the hottest part of Summer and they came out the same day for one and the next day for the other. The company we previously used, that we spent easily $10k with couldn’t even bother to call us back! I am very impressed and grateful for Mr. Lunk and his crew..we will never go with anyone else going forward.

Our AC stopped working this evening. I looked over the system and realized it wasn’t something I could fix. I called Lunk’s Heating and Cooling at 10:15 pm. Bob answered the phone, and after telling him what my system was doing and not doing, he said he thinks it might just be a capacitor. I asked when he would be available and he said tonight or tomorrow morning. He told me the cost for the service call for each. Obviously, I asked for tonight. By 11:00, my ac was working again. What an amazing job. I will definitely use Lunk’s Heating and Cooling again. Thank you Bob!

Prompt and very efficient! The fan wasn’t working on our outdoor unit and Lunk Heating and Cooling was out in less than 24 hours. They ran diagnostics and had it fixed within a very timely manor. We will definitely be using them in the future.

Very professional and courteous. Called because my 25 yr old furnace finally died in the middle of the night . They came out and gave me an estimate, helped me with a finance option and installed a brand new furnace all within about 6 hours . Very impressive. Highly recommend.

We have used Lunks Heating and Cooling for our personal home and rental properties. Bob and Jonathan are quick to respond which is really important when an AC or heater goes out. We like them because they are local and have very affordable pricing. Will definitely use them again in the future.
