John came out no problem, on a call at 3pm on a Friday. Very knowledgeable
And informed us of details we didn’t know about our unit. He fixed the problem and got our furnace working correctly again in no time. Thank goodness, because temps are in the teens. .

John did a great job on fixing our broken gas fireplace. He had to drive quite a way to get the broken part and install it the following day. I’ll be calling him again to maintain our furnace and air conditioning! Update: John returned today to replace the broken fan control unit on our fireplace. He’s been working in this field for years and is very knowledgeable and professional. He told me “no charge “, so I forced him to take some money! I’ll be calling him again for furnace & ac maintenance!

Great service. Timely response when I messaged to schedule a service appointment. John was able to accommodate getting us seen the very next morning.

He took his time looking into the issues, made sure I understood the repair options available. We will absolutely call them again for any service needed, also asking for them to return in the spring for routine maintenance to prolong the life of the unit.

Lunks came out on a Sunday very courteous had the AC motor we needed on his truck got my AC back up and running in less than 30 minutes. Awesome to work with and very affordable. Thanks for everything!

Answer when I called. Needed a hot water heater replaced. They were there within 45 min and was replaced and cleaned up within 1 hour. Very polite and easy to work with.

Lunks came the same morning and had our furnace fixed in 1 hour. Super friendly folks! Bob knows his job!

We woke up to no heat. Outside temperature was only 17% outside. We called Bob Lunk, temperature inside was down to 60 and dropping. Bob showed up within 20-30 minutes from our call. we have used lunk heating and cooling now for years. ALWAYS AMAZING SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM!

What an amazing man and company. I had a condenser fan go out on our AC. We asked around and started with a recommendation from a friend. The guy came out the next day in the evening. He confirmed that the fan was dead, and said it would be $1100 to fix...I about choked. He had the fan with him so I googled the price of the fan and it varied from $90 to $150 online. I told the guy that we were not going to pay that much to replace the fan. By the time the guy left, we had 4 recommendation to try Lunk's heating and cooling; so, I promptly called them. I told Bob the whole story and his response was "Replacing the fan is $425. I refuse to get rich off my customer!" My immediate response was "You got the job". He then responded, would you like it installed tonight. I responded that it could wait till morning. He arrived around 10am, fixed the fan, diagnosed the entire system, and then checked out my other unit as well....all for the same $425. It has been a VERY long time since I have seen service such as his. We ended up asking him to fully service, clean, replace a couple switches, etc. He did it all amazingly well, and still his overall bill was less than the original quote from the other company, for just the motor. I can assure you that Lunk's Heating & Cooling will continue to have my business and recommendation as long as he is in business. WELL DONE BOB LUNK!

Love my new mini split system! Absolutely best solution for multi story home. Bob, David and Randy did phenomenal work. A vast improvement over inefficient central air.
