Worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. I have charges from 11 months ago for product that was never received and continue to get invoiced for it even after speaking to multiple support people. Will never, ever, use this company again.

What is this ?? Can’t even enter the property

Im not too sure of the bad reviews but here was my experience. Got in 30min before my appointment and left 30min after my appointment. Mind you, i had floor loads of boxes

Would not load here. Slower then a seven year itch that never came. Then still expect you to deliver on time. 0 accountability for poor shippers. Not to mention no room to get backed in!

Very bad company. Meeting was at 5 am. I got the door at 6:20 am. Local driver was very rude

Worst place. Lazy people. Got appt 11 00 , they said must make a room for my load. Wasted whole day , lost another load.

HD can not get a order right. I spent 20 min on phone trying to get a door reordered that they miss shipped and they still got it wrong.. This company needs new management!!

If possible, we could rate them a zero star for being so careless about driver. Its not enough broker lied to us, which is TQL not to be surprised. But this facility is horrible. Checked in 6 hours ago, still have not even started. These people don't even tell you the truth, had they tell us we would leave the facility. WORST FACILITY EVER.

After 30 minutes waiting in the case like animal In the zoo someone from the "people " stop and ask me for what I'm there. Check in for a pick up to Groveport OH. On time. 8 PM they give me door, the yard is narrow but ok, park on the dock. After 6 hours I am still here, TQL promised detention, but I know, they never pay. Drivers do not come here AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT TO HAVE GOOD WEEK.

Lmfao this place is a joke search some where else. Remember this they can switch your hours when ever they want. Not worth the $ if you want something stable. And yes they can keep you over time mandatory so no saying "oh well you said till 1:30 pm" they will keep you up to 4 or your fired -Ex employee

Warehouse receiving refused to accept their product because it was couple hours late. Don't be late to appointment or they can refuse load. Broker made crazy appointment way too early.

Very bad place. People lazy. They even can’t take truck by appointment on time. Workers just walk and nobody ask you nothing. Stay away.

My appointment 09:00 pm I waited whole day for that load , arrived 08:20 they keep me waiting until 11:00 pm and they said ur load cancelled

The delivery driver of the company is obtrusive to the traffic. They will park wherever they want to and cause the traffic one the street. They don't care even if they see the cars behind their truck. I have the footage, date and time. Hopefully, the company will have a proper training for their driver.

However, I don’t have any hope for this place according to the rating here.

Ive been standing in a cage for 20 min for someone to come check me in even like 10 workers have seen me. Unloading takes them some time as well. Its a hit or miss location with more on a miss side, they just dont give a damn. There is always no room to unload your load. They look at appointments and than start 2 hr after your appt time. Total distaster, company with bad management. Someone should make some changes here.

Very congested and tight. Make sure to read the signs before you enter the warehouse for delivery or receiving. Hard to make turnarounds in the warehouse. You can damage your truck. Easy 4 hours for loading.

My review is from the perspective of dealing with this place’s receiving. I was live unloaded. The comments about this place being tight really depends on when you’re here and how busy they are. I will say, I got lucky & managed to see a guy outside in the receiving area who appeared to be the guy in charge. I politely asked him if they had a bathroom I could use and he said they do not have one, but mentioned there was a gas station up the road. I then asked him how long he thought they might take to unload? He got on his radio and asked if they were going to unload door 22 soon, and they said they would begin immediately & sure enough, they began unloading. Once they start unloading it goes fairly quick. There is a Shell gas station/truck stop up the street at the corner of North/Northwest Ave, but it was full when I rolled past it at 5:45 am. The aerial shows it to be a midsized truck stop. And there does appear to be a certified scale. I’m giving this place 3 stars because they don’t have a place for drivers to use the bathroom, but the employees are at least friendly. Perhaps they use to have a public restroom & drivers constantly left a mess or clogged the toilet, who knows. But they should have a porta John. No overnight parking either.

It's the most horrible place there is.
Not only did they not care about your appointment at all, but they also put so many trailers there that it's impossible to park properly.
I hate this place!

No green or red light. They never came out and let me know I was unloaded. They didn't put a glad hand lock on my trailer. I have no idea how long I was done. I sat waiting for 2 hours.

There were no bathrooms, but they let another female driver in to use the restroom.

When you first go in, there are several people standing around, and they'll look right at you, but you'll stand there waiting for someone to help you,

There was one guy that was kind, that's it! Not impressed with this place at all.

Lazy workers

Reviews are hit or miss, my experience with HD was 100%. The receiver was a great help,was not rude like in some of the reviews.👍
My appointment was for 7 am I got there at 6 …. The had me wait 20 minutes and then gave me a door. This is a very busy place. No over night parking due to the small amount of space in lot… which is understandable, so in my opinion be there 30 minutes early at the most.
Unloading went smoothly I had 2 orders different PO’s just be patient.
Thank you HD. I will definitely deliver to you guys again!!! No driver’s facilities so stop at truck stop 1.5 miles south of HD.

As a business owner, I relied on this company to provide a specific heating unit I urgently needed. Before placing the order, I confirmed the unit’s availability multiple times. First, I verified stock through their chat while checking the unit’s specifications. Then, I confirmed stock again over the phone when I received the quote. Finally, I called back 20 minutes later to place the order, and yet again, they confirmed that over 100 units were available at their Northlake location. Based on this assurance, I placed the order for next-day pickup and confirmed with my customer.

When my truck arrived at their location for the will-call pickup, I was told the item was not in stock. This was absolutely unacceptable, especially after three separate confirmations from their team and their website. When I called customer service to resolve the issue, they admitted they could not confirm stock because they were unable to contact the warehouse.

This entire experience was a huge waste of time and money. As a fellow business owner, I know the value of time, and their failure has cost me significantly. Management needs to fix their inventory system and communication processes to avoid losing $100,000+ worth of potential business. I will never trust or do business with this company again. They have lost my trust entirely.
