This place is mass, I can't wish any live load drivers to go there. I have got a bad experience there . I was told to drop the trailer at their facility at 5 pm and then come hook up it back trailer around 11pm. When I came back at 11 p.m., my trailer trailer was empty. I was shocked i went inside the facility to ask what happened. The guys answered and told me to leave the facility without loading, and while the broker says to stay on other hrs to get loaded. At the end, I left 1:30 am next without loaded it so sad. Guys

Worst place ever. I checked in around 12:00pm, they told to wait until 7:00pm and when i come back at 7:00 they said we don't need you, we JUST canceled your load.

Just appointment 30 min before your appointment you can check very tight laz workers

How to appointment 11 AM showed up 15 minutes early got out three hours later they take everybody before you probably the people they know specially locals my load was easy to unload. Let’s stay 15-20 minutes the most.

Got dock right away, by 8:04 they started unloading me. (Full 53 trailer to unload)

I was dealing with two gentleman during check in, no issues.

Parking is very tight trailers blocking docks i had to blind side 2 different workers telling me different docks. One worker said the trailer movers don't care where they put the trailers once you get turned around its a easy dock to park

I don’t know why people shitting on this place but Anthony was very professional and helpful yes it is tight to maneuver but as truck driver you need to know how to do that office door is by door 22

poor customer service. dock staff is lazy. somewhat tight for backing into docks. no facility for drivers. no overnight parking. arrived 445pm to check in finally at 553pm was able to check in. excuse was a meeting. put sign on door or something tht says be back at certain time. meeting in progress. simple and direct.
