Simone and his team were amazing from the initial call through execution. After looking for a company to restore our falling front entrance retaining wall and brick pathway for over a year, we’re so happy to have chosen them. They were reasonable, experienced and quick. Highly recommend!

Simon was the first referral from Landscape Materials. After he promptly visited and decided on a plan, he submitted a quote the same day. Although it was initially shocking, I did not seek other estimates because of the complexity of the project and that he “got it”.
The request for 50% at start is standard in the trades for purchase of much expensive material.
And this was the best of everything, but it’s really their skilled and dedicated labor that got the job done right.
The work began on a schedule that was good for both of us and never lagged. Simon Sr., Simon Jr., Michael, Fidel, Gustavo, Edwin were courteous and worked cheerfully and so, so hard. Please treat them with deserved respect if they work for you. I now consider them to be friends and they are welcome here at any time.
So now that the project is complete, on schedule, I could not be more pleased. When you see the struggles, problem solving, successes, attention to detail and final result, you will agree that it’s not “cheap” but it is a very good value. Thanks to the Arriaga team.

Simon was wonderful to work with. His crew restored our paver patio, plus tons of landscaping. They did a great job. We were originally scheduled to have work at the end of September but Simon was able to get everything done before labor day. Recommended a nursery for plants too. Suggested some additional work such as retaining wall so will have him back next year.

I just had Arriaga Pavers come out and tear out my old, falling-apart back deck and install a new paver patio, and handle some landscaping that had overgrown. The project was delayed about a week because of weather, but the crew made up for it by completing the entire project in 2 days. The patio is beautiful, and my backyard is no longer an embarrassment. Simon was very communicative during the process, sending photos and asking questions if something needed to be confirmed or clarified. I will be calling them back for my next project when I'm ready for it.

We had an excellent experience with Simon, his father and Arriaga Paving. Our patio turned out beautiful, any concerns were dealt with promptly and they provide a very competitive price. They provide a five-year warranty on their patio and work quickly and efficiently (our patio was finished in under two weeks). If there’s any damage to surrounding grass, they apply new sod and leave everything better than they found it. My first and only recommendation to anyone looking for a patio!

When we moved into our house, the backyard needed some TLC and was one of the first items that we knew we needed to update; starting with the patio area. The previous owners had a deck that they had torn down, leaving a gravel mess with the posts cut down, but still secured in the concrete. Just an eyesore to look at and unusable.

We had searched around with a few contractors and everyone else had a hard time really putting together a plan that my wife and I were happy with. When Simon first came out for a consultation and quote and he immediately understood what we were looking for.

Simon was very communicative throughout the entire process and him and his team went above and beyond to get the job done. They were able to start the project earlier than originally expected and worked with our village to make sure everything that needed to be done/submitted was completed. They were even willing to help quickly clear out a few small tree stumps that I had been working on removing when they came to start the project. Their team fixed everything in the yard that had been dug up in the process: grass reseeded, displaced soil either spread or disposed of, and just made sure everything was left better or the same as it was before they started.

Craftsmanship on the patio and fireplace was great and the team really focused on making sure their product was completed correctly so it lasts for years to come. You can really see how their team took this hot mess and created a space that really will be one of the focal points of our backyard as we continue renovations. Cannot recommend Simon and the Arriaga Pavers team enough for any paving work you may be looking to have done!
