From the beginning when I met with Joe Moreno for the sales estimate, then speaking with Maria about the installation date and later the installation crew, the whole process was easy and there were no issues or concerns. Armando & his crew were fantastic. They were very detail oriented & worked with us on an area with slightly tricky landscaping on one side. They were prompt, courteous, and very efficient. They checked with us before they finalized everything, ensuring the gate opened in the correct direction, etc. Everything was cleaned up nicely and we really appreciate their hard work.

We are so happy with the whole process of getting our fence put in. The sales rep was super responsive when creating and providing estimates. They were transparent with expected timing and showed up right on time to install. The installation took only one day and everyone was kind and tidied everything up after. We are so happy with the finished product and excited for the upcoming summer where our little kids can be contained in the yard. Would recommend!

Manuel and his crew did a fantastic job today installing our fence. They carefully measured and confirmed specifications on the diagram in advance of the work to ensure it met our requirements. Minor decisions and adjustments were discussed as needed. The result fully met expectations. I highly recommend Peerless Fence company!

Workmanship didn’t even last a year. Fence posts are heaving worse and worse each year to the point I had to put wood landscape beams under them. They want to charge me to replace them when they didn’t do it correct in the first place. Customer service not great, warranty is useless, good luck getting someone to call you back to fixed outsourced work that is not worth the expensive price they charge. Will never use them again.

Armando and his team of workers did an excellent job in a short amount of time. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient leading his team. They were on time and did beautiful work! Each of the workers were excellent at each task. It took less than 15 minutes and all the old fence panels were down! I am extremely happy with my new fence! As you can see from my photos, my old fence collapsed from a wind storm and this new fence looks even better than I had hoped for! Thank you!

I worked with Josh Burton at Legend and it was an amazing experience. From start to finish he was communicating with me about what was going on with my roof and siding. Was always willing to go above and beyond. I would highly recommend Legend this is the second home they have done for me and I would not choose another company to do the work. It's done right the first time and all of the staff is knowledgeable and accommodating.

I needed a small storage building resided. I contacted several places. Most responded while some did not. Dayne was able to work around my schedule and he was extremely patient as he knew I needed to get at least 3 quotes before I could get approval. Dayne was very responsive whenever I had questions. As for the work, Mike and Geo were great as well. The work took a little longer than originally expected, but that was because of the commitment of Mike and Geo to make sure it was done right. I’m extremely happy with how this project turned out. I highly recommend Legend Exteriors & Construction.

Legend Exteriors installed my roof in 2015. I recently had wind damage to the ridge caps on my roof. Mike from Legend's service department contacted me and obtained information to contact the manufacturer warranty department. Mike and repair technician George came to my home, inspected the damage, submitted the warranty claim and completed the necessary repairs in under 3 hours.

Both Mike and George were great. I would recommend Legend for anyone considering a new roof, or repairs.

Our area was hit with a hail storm leaving us with roof damage. Instead of using one of the companies that immediately showed up in our neighborhood, we did research and found Legend Exteriors & Construction. We are SO pleased that we chose this BBB A+ rated company!

Our project manager, Jim Hobson, was excellent and he was a pleasure to work with! He took on working with our insurance company to get the contract to have our roof replaced. He ordered the correct shingles for the high winds that we experience living on a hill and he made sure the job started during proper outdoor temperatures. The team that he brought did an excellent job and they were very polite. Cleanup was also well done.

I experienced exceptional service from Legend and working with Tony Chan. From inspection to working with my insurance adjuster and installation, Tony got me the roof replacement I deserved with extra repairs I didn't expect he'd do like fixing my fascia. I was so happy with the outcome with smooth and stress free process that I recommended Legend to all my family, friends and neighbors. Can't go wrong with Legend!

I love Legend! We used Legend Exteriors to replace our roof and siding after a massive hail storm in April 2014. I'm not gonna lie, I was really dreading the process and my insurance company was a pain to work with, but not Legend -- they were AWESOME! Josh and his team came to my rescue and made the entire process stress-free. Josh showed up like a super hero with siding and roofing samples and helped us pick colors that coordinate. He was really knowledgeable about the product and gave us the address of a home in the area that had just been done in same colors we selected so we could really see what we were getting. The installation process was pretty painless. Sidebar: If you can avoid being home while your roof gets torn off, I recommend it! The Legend team was efficient and clean and did great work. I did notice a couple super minor cosmetic issues with the siding and went over them with Josh. He had his team out the same week to fix them and we couldn't be happier! The Legend team took care of so much of the insurance stuff I didn't have time/care to handle and the entire process was painless. Our home is one of the best looking on the block and it's all thanks to Josh and his team. Thanks, Legend!

Writing this review for my mother who had a wonderful experience with this company. The repair team consisting of Mike and Mark were very helpful in correcting the problem that they were dealing with. They were very courteous and very knowledgeable and went above and beyond in order to help them. They would definitely recommend this company.

I would say I am highly satisfied from start to finish with this company. Not only did Erik have great communication skills, they fixed and replaced a spot of rotting wood behind the siding that they replaced that we didn’t even know was there. (It was not small) The finishing siding looks incredible and the team even helped install new light fixtures outside, a new mailbox, and new plating for our address. This company went above and beyond our expectations and I recommend them to anyone who wants a company that truly values their customers experiences. Well done, Legend and thank you, Erik and the team.

Had a great experience working with Steve on our new roof and gutters. The first insurance adjuster did not take notice of all the damage. Steve was persistent in making sure our insurance would cover everything we needed replaced. He was very responsive and easy to work with. He made sure to contact me with any changes in the work schedule. We're happy with our new roof and gutters and would recommend Legend to anyone!

Steve Ward and his crew were amazing! I would give them a 5+ star review! Steve was on top of everything and followed through with our insurance. The crew was at my property at 6:15 a.m. and worked until 8:30 p.m. on the hottest day of the year! They were very professional, did an amazing job. They cleaned up that night and came back the next morning to make sure all nails and roofing debris was picked up. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a roofing project done.
