Don't let these hacks hack up your home!! Better go on roof and check work I found 16 major issues. Look at this trim going into gutter and drove a screw all the way into BRAND NEW shower remodel!!!!

They don't remember paying me for 3" screw threw my shower?
Also all the things they broke?
Just telling the public to be careful with this contractor.
They just farm labor out to sub contractors not their own workers.
Now this was in the past so maybe it's changed?
Looks like they got bigger now.
But just ask them is the work subbed out ?
Are the workers on your home W2 employees? This means they are on the payroll full time year after year and only work for them.

Where do I start? Legend Exteriors is a company you can rely on to get things done hands down. I had hail damage to my roof and had the pleasure of working with both Joe and Steve Ward. Two amazing guys who care about your situation and are extremely straightforward and diligent in getting things done, and done in short time. Nobody better to work with out there and I have worked with other companies in the past. Steve is awesome he came out quickly, and helped me throughout the entire claims process. You know when you are dealing with someone who just wants money and then there is Legend Exteriors who cares that things are done right. My roof looks amazing and they were even able to get my gutter guards and downspouts covered as well. Steve met with my adjuster and my life went on as normal while he took care of the details. Never missed a day of work or time with my family. No need to waste a bunch of time researching, Steve and Joe have your back 100%. I have recommended these guys to others already. Steve Ward was a pleasure to work with. He not only coordinated several crafts to repair significant roof, window and deck damage from a hail storm, but also went to bat for me against the insurance company to make sure the claim was settled fairly. I had never been through an insurance claim before and without help from Steve, I am sure this would not have gone so well.
Steve was on top of all the crews that came out to work on repairs which all came out meeting my expectations.
Its not easy to find honest contractors, but I would never hesitate to recommend Legend Exteriors and Steve Ward.

Josh came to our home to give us an estimate on our siding replacement cost. He was our 3rd (not the least cheapest) estimate. His knowledge, experience, professionalism and warm, friendly manner sold us on Legend almost immediately. Josh thoroughly explained their whole process to us. We felt like we were dealing with a friend that cared. He stuck to the time line he gave us and assigned Z B and his partner to do the work. Wow! What a team. They worked well together and were very neat and organized. We have dogs and they made sure to clean up any debris to ensure that my dogs weren’t injured when they went out. all three teams that worked on the project changes to our house did an amazing job.

We were very lucky to meet Steve at Legend Exteriors and have him help guide us through the process of roofing and siding our home. It had been more than 20 years since the house had been painted and was just very out of date. Both the roofing and siding crews were polite, quick working and clean. The work was well done. We see neighbors taking note of how up-to-date our house now looks and it feels really good to have such a cute house again. Steve was also very good in keeping in contact with us when we had questions, etc. Thank goodness there are still reliable contractors out there!

I worked with Caesar Ambriz to get a roof done and he was very thorough with the financing and I couldn't be happier. The crew did a wonderful job on the roof as well as the cleanup since I have multiple animals. Highly recommend him for all exterior needs! Thanks Caesar!

Josh Burton was in constant communications with me throughout the whole process of submitting the insurance claim to receipt of the final payment. The staff at Legend was professional and friendly, answering all questions I had. I was very impressed with the quality workmanship and would definitely use them again. And we love the new look.

We hired Legend after a Memorial Day storm did roof and siding damage. Tony and Josh were great to work with, they were very knowledgeable and patient with us (we may have changed our minds a few times) and always made us feel like we were a high priority. They walked us through the entire process and never once pressured us to make a decision. They were amazing at communicating with us as well, they responded to emails, texts and phone calls lightning fast, especially when there was a problem. Now I would like to tell you that everything went perfect with no hiccups when it came time to do the actual work, however we had a few issues that we had to deal with. Most of them were minor and rectified quickly, but one was pretty major. Shortly after we had our siding put up I noticed that panels were starting to bubble over the garage. I sent Tony a picture and he got someone out to fix it right away, unfortunately that started to bubble as well. At that point Tony and Josh got Alside involved and not only had their rep come out to inspect the issue, but got them to drive to their factory in Wisconsin and pick up brand new panels to install. This seemed to fix the issue, however a few days later I noticed my entire side of the house had bubbles popping up. Again, Tony and Josh jumped to make this right, and again had Alside come out to see the new issue and got them to replace the entire side of the house. Which I am happy to say seems to have fixed the issue, which was a bad batch of siding. Obviously, this was not an issue that Legend caused but their dedication to making sure their customers are taking care of and happy with the end result of the project is truly amazing. If you want to make sure your job is done right, with a high level of customer service hire Legend Exteriors you will not regret it!

Exceptional service and craftsmanship!!!

I contacted Legend Exteriors after a small mishap with a compost bin fire which resulted in my aluminum siding being damaged. Josh worked tirelessly to communicate with my Insurance Company and came to my residence every time a claim specialist responded to assess the damage. Since Josh discovered my specific siding was discontinued, he communicated with the Insurance company over the span of a few months with documents, estimates, etc. which resulted in the approval for reimbursement for an entire house wrap. Not only was I able to get the entire house re-sided, Legend was able to upgrade my siding to James Hardy board for an amount similar to my reimbursement. The work crew was great. They were very efficient and left little to no debris every day. The house looks absolutely beautiful! Thanks Legend!

Rob D was a great help to me. I live out of state and when my rental property suffered severe hail damage to the roof, siding and gutters he was there to help me out. He handled things with my insurance company to where I had zero money out of pocket and I basically got a new house. All new roof, siding and new big boy gutters. The house looks better than the original color and roof did when the house was new. I was happy about how friendly and easy to work with they were, all while being professional during the whole process. I highly recommend this company, they are honest and really do great work. Be careful of other companies taking advantage after a storm, you do not have to worry with Legend. 6 STARS OUT OF 5! Pictures below of my new pad! The tenants are happy as all get-out too!

I’m not sure I can add more to the very positive reviews that preceded our experience with Legend Exteriors & Construction other than they exceeded expectations and “hit it out of the park” for us. What I didn’t expect was the lengths at which Josh B. went to get our insurance claim amplified to allow for full siding and roof replacement. Other contractors did a cursory review of our dwelling and fell short of estimating a complete replacement. The insurance adjuster mirrored those findings. After speaking with a neighbor who used Legend a year prior, I called Josh. He did a deep dive, presented his findings to our insurance company and they concurred. His pricing estimates were reasonable and quickly approved. We could not have been more pleased with the entire Legend Exteriors & Construction experience!!

Steve was great to work with. He made the process easy and accommodating. The two guys that were assigned to my house did a fantastic job with siding removal and clean up. They were very friendly and personable. I will definitely use them again for future projects!
