Lucas was so helpful even though we didn’t even end up needing a restoration company for what our issue was. He was honest about what we needed and guided me in the right direction. He wasn’t trying to scam us telling us we needed something when we really didn’t. If we ever do need a restoration company we will 100% use them.

CC Restoration did a great job with my attic ventilation issue caused water dripping down on my master bathroom floor from the condensation.
I had different companies came in & told me there is mold in the attic & need to remove all the insulation then do a chemical spray but CC Restoration provided AIR SEAL PENETRATIONS AND TOP PLATES BETWEEN HOUSE AND ATTIC WITH CLOSED CELL FOAM OR CAULK.

Lucas gave me very honest advice when certain service/repair is not necessary. I have quoted 3 other companies and I got estimates from 1500 to 5000 dollars. We had a great experience with APT. They came quickly and worked efficiently to solve our issue with water in our basement and mitigated damage. Highly recommend.

We woke up to a waterfall of water streaming from our 2nd floor into our 1st floor kitchen and down the walls to the basement. APT came out immediately, cleaned up the water, rescued our carpet, and made sure no mold could grow after the incident. They were thorough, communicative, and professional.

Andrew and his team came in at a time when I was very upset about the situation of my basement flooding. They came took out what was water damaged and had mold and were able to replace everything back to how it was before hand, expensive yes but much cheaper than going with other companies. 1 week later after my basement flooded and here we are enjoying it all over again! Awesome company!!!! We had a water leak into our finished basement....by the time we noticed it had been 6 months....Called Andrew and his team and within 2 hours they were at my house cutting down ceiling....2 weeks later ceilings are dry and fixed floor has been replaced and house is back to normal....crisis averted thanks to Andrew...

APT has been great to work with! Greg came out for carpet cleaning when we first moved in—he was prompt, professional, and left the carpets looking (and smelling) so much better. More recently, Andrew came out the day after we reported a water leak. He quickly set up fans, cut out the damaged drywall, and thoroughly monitored the area.
