Kramer was absolutely the best when we needed them in an emergency tree removal after the recent big storm. Sam came out and gave us an extremely fair estimate with a quick turnaround time. We had estimates from three places and they were the best price. They came out the same week, safely removing the limb from our pergola roof and taking down an over 20ft tall tree without damaging anything around it. The crew was courteous and professional. Sam was knowledgeable and confident during our initial on site eval. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Kramer Tree was the lowest bidder of three tree services, and they did excellent work. Very professional in the proposal and scheduling, and the work was done on-time, exactly as proposed. The workers left a clean and orderly site after the work. Finally, they provided a ‘winter discount’, which significantly lowered the proposed cost. Extremely pleased in all regards.

Overall, your trimming crew did a great job on our silver maple. However, there is now one hanging branch which had green leaves at the end of a branch but are now dying. Can you trim that branch off? (Photo attached)

If you order mulch from Kramer, please make sure you are being very clear about the amount you want to order. Last month I ordered three yards of mulch and it was delivered successfully. I realized that I needed more mulch so I called to place a second order. I only needed 2 yards of mulch this time. I tried to be extremely clear about how much mulch I needed. I tried to make it clear that I had three yards recently delivered, and that I needed an additional 2 more yards. However, when the second delivery arrived it was not 2 yards, it was 5 yards! This was way more than I wanted or needed! When I contacted the office to explain, I was given an apology for the misunderstanding but also the full blame.

They all tried to do a good job in a confined area. Jeff is totally amazing. One thing that I thought was weird is they just left without saying goodbye.

Kramer cleaned up our 40 year old Crabtrees and they look magnificent. Rarely do tree trimmers take care to ensure the architectural appearance of the trees are preserved. Highly recommend Kramer.

Your driver in truck 002 should learn how to drive with a trailer!! On I-94 around 95th st 6:30 am ish they were tailgating. They made a last a last minute lane change which if I didn't veer right and slam on my brakes they would have clipped me!

I am very satified with both the advice Andy, one of Kramer's resident arborist, provided us, and the great work by their crew. The timing of work was thouthfully scheduled to prevent potential damage from bringing equipment on wet ground. I was especally impressed by how the crew took great care to clean up once they compleated the trimming work. We are in a new-to-us home with many mature trees and we look forward to working with Krammer to be good stewards of the property - highly recomended!

Kramer crew did a very good job. Some electrical lines for outside lighting were cut, but given their position it couldn’t really be helped to complete the job properly.

Kramer Tree Service promptly delivered two yards of leaf mulch. It is a very generous truckload, probably really three yards. The driver, Jesus, kindly confirmed the placement asking if the mulch pile would prevent us from accessing in our vehicles. Not many companies carry leaf mulch. We have ordered from Kramer for at least five years.

Have been using Kramer for over 20 years. They removed several Green Ash trees and do an excellent job on trimming and caring for our 60 trees.
