The two ladies who cleaned were very thorough and did an excellent job cleaning our new house.

We let them go after having sun-standard service. They let let themselves into our house today looking for information about the new maids me have hired. So they basically broken into our house. We have photo proof they did it.

The team who cleans my house are professional, friendly and efficient. They do an outstanding job.

They show up on time. They are polite. They get right down to business. I've been a customer for 2.5 years.

The crew always does a great job, and I appreciate the text messages letting me know when they'll arrive.

My only negative is that they never send the same people each time! We use their service twice a month! I feel I have to explain myself then, each time they come!

I started using Maid Brigade of W. Chicago in July and am their biggest fan! I really wish I would have called them sooner! They are coming mos now and I absolutely love it! Call them - you're worth it!

Initial cleaning was pretty thorough. Would like to have had the fans done as stated, the front of the refrigerator, and bathroom floors. They left behind some cleaning items I hope to return next time. Very friendly team.

Overall they are doing well. However not getting under furniture and along the baseboards as well as they have in the past. However, it is spider season therefore more to contend with.

For the most part everything looks sparkly when they’re finished. I would like to see the kitchen floor a little cleaner but it’s hard to do that just mopping.

PreCOVID: fantastic outfit.... Post-covid has a lot to be desired. Definitely don't get an disagreement with them, they can't tell personal versus professional when you get on the phone.

I really don't care if they allow this to be posted because I've never been so offended by a professional outfit. Being in customer service for over 30 years customers not always right but a customer who keeps coming back doesn't deserve to be treated like you have way too much work on your hands. Being professional is telling them you can't take their business please look somewhere else will let you know and maybe we can connect at a later date.

Great service! Cleaning was thorough and my husband and I were very pleased. Their attention to detail, especially on areas we wanted them to focus on, was much appreciated. Will definitely be using again.

The work the team completed was performed well. However, several tasks weren't completed that should have been with a deep clean. I ended up paying far more than quoted, and my bathroom light was damaged in the process too.

Trouble with vacuuming two times ago, but problem resolved!! Someone threw away a number of pieces of soap that I collect to squish together to make another big bar. They were in my soap dish. I collect them to not be wasteful.

I really like this company! They are very nice and flexible when needed. When I have contacted about something being missed during a clean they are very responsive for the next time! I do wish they did a better job dusting baseboards, ceiling fans, and return vents.
