HORRIBLE CLEANING AND LAZY!

FALSE PROMISES
I was looking for a deep clean to scrub and disinfect my house, NOT wipe down surfaces that I wipe down every day.
I was told that could be done but it costs more so I agreed
When they got here the ladies kept telling me “no we don’t do that”
All they did was vaccum (they even missed a lot!)
They didn’t sweep
They didn’t wash the floors
They left my mirrors dirtier than they were before they “cleaned” them.
They wiped (not scrubbed) down my stove, so it was still dirty. Same with the oven.
Most surfaces they did touch were still dusty. Like they just quickly wiped it without even looking

All around disappointed and I highly suggest calling the next company if you are looking!
They were certainly not here for 8 hours….

EDIT: The owner called me personally and made things right. He was very respectful and apologetic for the mistake and inconvenience. If I had dealt with him to begin with I believe this would have gone a different way!

I stayed out of the way when my team was here..I saw how well the upstairs bathroom was being cleaned and thought attention to detail was ok...afterwards I was disappointed. I needed under my 2 beds dusted and they were not..I mentioned that when I booked my apt... my shower looked almost the same...the couple dirty area's remained..some blades of the ceiling fans were missed too... mirrors were streaked so I spent an hour cleaning myself because we have company from Singapore here now.. I liked the people and maybe if I made a list for them rather than the gal who booked it expectations could have been met...and we were charged 30 more than we were told. Spending almost 400 plus a nice tip i expected more.

I am always pleased with the service provided by Maid Brigade. With one exception, they have always arrived on time, and always done a very good job. My house is free of dust, cobwebs and grimy sinks.

I have had wonderful cleaning done by the maids from Maid Brigade! It's so nice to see shining chrome and rooms that are free of dust and all in order. The ladies are very friendly, agreeable and work quickly! I appreciate all the hard work they do and recommend this company to all my friends!

I am divorced and cleaning the house is not my best skill. I called Maid Brigade in West Chicago and they gave me a reasonable price and schedule for cleaning my home once a month. I was very impressed Maid Brigade's cleaning services. They were on time and worked very hard to get the whole house nice and clean before they left. The cleaners were very nice and easy to work with. I highly recommend Maid Brigade for anyone who needs help cleaning their home.

The workers are very rude and not helpful at all they don’t give you a chance to design or change something they do it however they want to try and make it easy on them and the group supervisor is super rude and not friendly and also lied to us about the trees planted it was by the village not per contractor but we checked the village and it was not true and I am not happy at all to using this guy in future.

horrible drivers , i dont think anyone hauling a trailer should going 60 in a 45 , weaving through traffic and riding peoples behind. Truly unacceptable

These guys take care of a huge subdivision I live in and always put care into every home entry way. They really take pride in what they do and it shows. Great company from the top down can't get better than these guys.

Classic Landscape has been a fixture in the community for many decades. Hard working and professional at what they do.

Blew mulch all over outdoor seating area at restaurant in downtown Oswego after laying mulch at apartment building next door. Covered everyone’s food and drinks and ruined the meal. Unbelievable.
