First off I would like to say that the customer service from Lupe was top tier! He was very attentive to any questions we had, always making himself available. He and his team are some of the hardest workers I have ever seen! Lupe is very talented and will help you decide what works best for your space. His designs skills are next level. You can tell he enjoys what he does and is extremely skilled at it! They are doing our patio project that is a three tier project. Everything completed in stages. Something we chose. They completed the first stage with stairs, a grill nook and first half of the patio. The next stages will work on the second patio and deck. I have lots of projects we plan to use this team for. The time that they took to ensure that everything was perfect for us is amazing. They treated our house like their own by taking such pride in their work! They wouldn’t leave something that wasn’t perfect for them. Our family cannot wait for them to come back in the spring and start the next segment! Salinas Outdoor Living did a great job in finishing the gardens around the brick patio and installing landscape lighting. Gave a deposit to hold a spot in line prior to designs. They did two versions and both were @ the budget point yet I found a person to do it at half the cost. Now they won't return the deposit.

The landscape design, and oversight of the work by Jan Bouwman was superb in every respect. The work foreman and crew did an excellent job in removing all the old landscaping, preparing the soil, and planting new trees, shrubs and groundcover. We particularly appreciated the care they took to minimize damage to our lawn, and leave the job site clean and tidy at the end of the day. Many of our neighbors have commented on the improved look of our home, and we have provided the name of your company to several who have inquired.

Gene and his team were extremely detailed from design to installation to follow-up! There were no surprises and the team was always proactive. We worked to find the right design and we're able to go with a final project which was right for us. Our family uses our new space frequently!

Do not trust them. When installing my paver patio, they dug up my underground sump pump drain without my permission and put in a terrible above ground pipe that spews water all over my yard. It makes a horrible mess. When doing this gravel got into my sump pump and ruined it.I had to replace it, but Jan said it wasn't their fault. Watch out if you are a female senior citizen. Don't hire them.
*****After seeing this review, Grant and Power sent a representative out to check my problem. They agreed that it was not done properly and sent a team out to correct the problem.

Gene and his team are awesome! I had several quotes and Gene (Grant & Power) was able to come in not only with good pricing but also a beautiful and affordable design for us. If there were any issues in regards to the work being done he was able to quickly resolve and correct. He will not finish the job until you are 100% satisfied! Not to mention we also now have the prettiest Colorado-esk back yard in our neighborhood. Also, you cant beat their warranty.

We had our entire front yard re landscaped in the summer of 16. Gene and his team did an incredible job. From the initial design to the final product, I am extremely happy with the communication and professionalism of Grant and Power. I highly recommend.

We moved into a new neighborhood under construction in Geneva and our home had a walkout basement under a large deck. To provide for a shaded patio under the deck and adjacent landscaped seating and garden areas, we secured designs and bids from three very reputable landscape architect firms. We worked directly with Gene Grant who lives in Geneva and liked his design best by far, and it was apparent he listened to what was important to us and incorporated that into the design. Work started on time, was completed efficiently and we are very satisfied. We have referred G&P to three neighbors who we think will select G&P for their yards. Gene has stopped by this spring to remind us he'd like to do a walk through of our garden to address any issues with plantings as they surface for their first Spring in our new garden. We chose the right service provider for our home.
