Searched for a year to find a contractor to repair our 25 year old brick patio and paver walkways. Called Daniel based on his positive client reviews. He came out the very next day, reviewed our needs and gave me a quote before he left. We were scheduled and they showed up on time and got right to work.

They rebuilt the patio retaining walls, filled and leveled the patio base, laid back the patio pavers, relaid and limestone walkway edging, and relaid paver walks from ground up. The patio looks better than new.

Daniel and crew also resod two areas where trees and bushes were previously lost. All work done exceeded our expectations at a competitive price. We could not be happier with the results and highly recommend Daniel and his crew.

Daniel and MLC really came to our rescue. We struggled for several months to find a contractor to replace a sizable, rapidly deteriorating retaining wall on our property. After finally connecting with another contractor, negotiating and renegotiating our contract, and getting all the required permits, that contractor backed out of the project in mid-October. Our engineer put us in touch with Daniel who promptly assessed the project, quoted a fair price, fit us into his schedule, and completed our project on budget – all by mid-November. Daniel knows his stuff and was very easy to work with. After the dust cleared and the final check was cashed, we realized that our driveway took a beating over the course of the project. We probably should have anticipated this given all the heavy material and equipment involved. We got an independent estimate to make the driveway repairs, and Daniel promptly sent a check so that we can take care of repairs in the spring. We were incredibly lucky to find Daniel and whole-heartedly recommend him for hardscaping and drainage projects.

Daniel and the My Landscape Contractor (MLC) crew are incredible. I cannot say enough to convey how well they did fixing our patio and also creating new additional patio, a retaining wall, two privacy fences and a new composite ceiling under our second floor balcony. We had a paver patio that was sinking up to a foot in several locations causing major issues making our large, raised patio a hazard. We consulted with 4 other hardscape/landscape companies and MLC was the standout clear choice. We felt that Daniel had the best solutions at a reasonable price. He was confident in his solutions and executed them perfectly. He took my creative ideas for the new additions and made them work while keeping structure and long term stability a priority. We were very confident throughout the entire process that Daniel was the right choice. We appreciated that he kept in constant communication with us regarding the schedule and work. He oversaw and worked directly with his paver team on a daily basis for 2 weeks. It was amazing what they accomplished in such a short time given how much work was to be done. On a rare occasion, we noticed something small that needed to be changed and he immediately had it corrected. We worked with his paver team, softscape team (for sod) and carpentry team. Each team was professional and did excellent work. The best part is that we feel our patio will never sink again because they did such an excellent job. We highly recommend you hire MLC for your hardscape/landscape work and plan to hire them again for any of our future work.
