We bought a home in 2017 with severe drainage issues, Daniel and his team worked hard to improve several areas and it has been like we have a new yard. The areas once constantly under water are dry and now usable space. Highly recommend!

I spoke to Daniel about some hardened concrete on my pavers on my patio. I sent pictures to him as requested . He then gave me some good suggestions on what I can do and also some things I should not do. This company does not come to my area. I really appreciated that Daniel took the time to try to help me with this problem.

Team did a great job completely restoring our paver walkway and patio which included a ton of uneven surfaces, two walls that had sunk about 6 inches, an uneven pathway, stairs that were out of line, and the whole thing was power washed, recanted and resealed. Looks like new. Would definitely recommend.

Removed old bricks, washed , and put down rocks, then bricks
topped with sand and power washed. They removed bricks from walkway. Then put down soil, grass seed and covered with straw.
They even replanted my flowers around patio. They are really hard workers, very friendly and so easy to work with. We highly

We hired MLC to replace our retaining wall. Daniel and his crew were great. The wall came out great and they kept us up to date with the project status. They worked with us on changes to the project and also took care of all the inspections and permitting.

We had a great overall experience working with My Contract Landscaper. Daniel was easy to talk to and was always available with any questions or concerns that we may have had throughout the project. We had a continuous water retention problem on our brick paver patio and Daniel was able to come up with a full plan and execute it. They did a full rip down and then ran out extensive drainage piping underneath the newly laid brick pavers. Daniel and his team did excellent work rebuilding our brick patio. It is better than the original design and has fewer steps. The workers were very courteous and respectful, and completed the project in 3 days. Communication with Daniel was also excellent. Highly recommended!

I’ve had a problem at a building for about 4 years. I was told by a professional that it would be almost $7000 to fix the problem. Before deciding I talked to Daniel to get his opinion and he assured me that what I was being told was incorrect and inaccurate and could be fixed for a fraction of the price. He said that during the discovery session he would be able to confirm with accuracy the exact problem WHICH he did. I’ve never worked with a contractor as honest as Daniel, you would be crazy not to work with him.

We recently hired Daniel and his team to rebuild a failing retaining wall and move some trees and bushes Daniel is an expert hardscape and landscape contractor. He and his team are very knowledgeable and perfectionists in every detail. Daniel explained exactly what was needed to rebuild tour retaining wall correctly with proper base and drainage, and provided a clear detailed plan and estimate. He was very easy to communicate with and would respond quickly with any questions. His team was very hard working and efficient starting at 7:00 a.m sharp and working until dark to get the job done. They took great care in every step of their work from start to finish. They moved our trees to fit our newly landscaped space and cleaned everything to perfection when finished . .
