House Cleaning reviews in West Dundee, Illinois

Maribel and Rata did a wonderful cleaning our home. With two dogs our floors can get very filthy, but they look brand new everytime they're finished.

Thank you so much Molly Maid!

Great service!! My house is so clean, we had Laura and Ximena clean and they did not leave one thing untouched. Amazing job ladies!!

Maribel and Rafa were amazing! I was so impressed with the care and professionalism they provided. My home looked beautiful when they were done

I'm so impressed! My home sparkled when the Molly Maids were finished. Over and above what I expected! Will definitely use your services again!

Team #5 arrived on time and went straight to work on a deep clean of our entire house. They worked efficiently and did a splendid job; the house hasn't looked this good for a long time! We're looking forward to their next time here.

Maribel and Rafa (team 7) are the best ever! My house is constantly spotless because of them. As a busy mom, I don’t know what I would do without them!

We hired Molly Maid to clean our home twice a month. The initial cleaning was good, we were impressed with the level of service. It wasn’t perfect but satisfactory enough to continue despite the steep fee. The second time the two women came in and moved like tornadoes, like they couldn’t get out of our house fast enough. The floors were left streaky, there were sticky spots on counters and a shower head was broken with not a word said. I brought it up to the manager and asked for better service. The third and last time was the last straw. There were dust bunnies on the floor, sticky spots I got up with a light rag, and the girls were jabbering on their phones the whole time and racing so fast. I didn’t hire them to do what lazy teenagers can do. So we provided notice for them not to continue. I would not recommend them for weekly cleaning especially at the rate they charge.

Maribel and Rafta (team #7) cleaned our house and they were great. They arrived within the quoted time, were quick , efficient and thourough, and the house looks amazing.
Thank you

We have been using Molly Maids for a few years now. They are reliable and so flexible! There have been a few times where I have needed to change the day due to a conflict and they are always willing to do so without an issue. Yesterday, Edith and Ximena cleaned our house and I swear, it was the “cleanest clean” yet! It is always so nice to come home to a clean house. Thank you MM!

I have had such a wonderful experience with all the teams Molly Maid has sent me. As a working mom of 7 having my home cleaned on a regular basis has been a life saver for us.

Molly Maid of Crystal Lake has been cleaning our home for several years. We get the standard service every two weeks and can easily add on extras (like spring/fall window cleaning) when needed. They are fast but thorough, always on time, and always cheerful. We love our cleaning team Yolanda and Gloria!

Team 3 - Veve and Lidia did a great job on my house! They were very attentive to details that some may usually miss. My puppy loved seeing them lol. Give them a raise!

Excellent and trustworthy people that do not miss a thing. From the bathrooms to the top of the oven and microwave and everything in between. Great service !

My husband & I feel so fortunate to have Maribel & Rata cleaning our home - they treat us, our kitties & our property with the utmost respect & care - not to mention leaving is sparkling! Team #7 consistently provides us with extra attention to details...& we have not experienced that from previous home cleaning teams.
Thank you!
Have a blessed day,

Today, Rosa and Enriqueta came to clean my house. They are friendly and cheerful. They work well together and do a good job. They work quietly around the house in an efficient manner. The bathrooms and kitchen are cleaned very well. Everything looks nice when they are finished.

Maribel and team 7 as a whole did a wonderful job cleaning my house. They were very thorough and made sure I was happy with the results. I would highly recommend them.

Maribel and Rafa team number seven are the best...... They are very thorough to an excellent job of cleaning and getting all the details, have a wonderful sense of humor...... Have always been on time and went above and beyond what we expected of them..... We really love them and would hate to ever lose them...... I have tried a few different crews to clean my house but I have to say I have been most happiest with Team#7 Maribel & Rata. They are always friendly and do a great job!! They are both very detailed in their work.

We’ve had Molly Maid for months now and have been very satisfied with the service. Maribel and Rafa on Team 7 are always prompt, on-time, and very efficient! They work around the clutter that we have and our house looks great everytime!

Had our first cleaning visit last week, done at my 98 year old dad's house. The deep clean was wonderful, the floors are sparkling, everything is clean and fresh. My dad remarked at how hard the cleaning team worked. Great job!

EDIT: Within a few months, we have had to let Molly Maid go. The cleaning is slipshod. I regret to say this, because they were so good at first. We also had an item stolen from our house.

Molly Maids make the process of getting my home cleaned on demand extremely easy. I called 3 or 4 other places and if I wasn’t getting consistent cleaning it was challenging to get a quote. The Molly Maids teams care about their work and it shows every time I get home after a cleaning. Shout out to team 5 (Laura & Adriana) for always doing exceptional work which relieves so much mental strain and makes me so happy enjoying a spotless space.
