My furnace went out on a very cold day in December. I actually did not have to pay anything extra. I have a service plan that I pay monthly. I did not have to pay any extra money for Steve to come out to my home twice in one day. Steve had to come out twice because he didn’t have the part for my furnace. My home is not very convenient to their usual area of coverage, so I appreciate that my furnace was fixed by 2:30 that day. I’m sure the travel took a lot of time that day. I also appreciate the office staff. I was able to talk to someone on the phone multiple times. Thank you!

Maxson Heating & Air Conditioning makes HVAC maintenance easy and effortless. I prepay for the yearly maintenance package and schedule the two appointments with one phone call. Every technician that works on our HVAC is great! They’re professional, respectful of our home, and explain everything in detail to let me know how our furnace, air conditioner, and humidifier are doing. I’m really happy to keep renewing with Maxson every year!

I found out about this company from a relative who worked with them in the past who said they do honest and efficient work at a reasonable price, and that’s exactly what they did. Had a very old outdoor AC unit that was 30+ years and when it finally decided to stop working in the summer time I thought it was time to replace as I had always wanted to. Met the owner Steve and he came to my house for a free consultation and didn’t try to sell me anything extra or overpriced, only what I needed to get everything done. They were able to start working on it within that same week, their technician David is very experienced and did great work. They saw that my exhaust pipes were cracked and leaking and were able to replace the chimney liners that same day which probably weren’t touched in decades including my humidifier. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of any HVAC jobs and I am definitely calling them back for any future jobs.

Had a great experience with Maxson for my furnace replacement. They went above and beyond in my opinion. Communication was good, they were kind and respectful, and prices were very reasonable - I never felt pressure or like they were trying to "upsell". They were also very clean - put down floor coverings, swept before they left, and even took out the garbage! I was so impressed and won't be using any other company moving forward.

Trustworthy in the ways that they stand by their workmanship and equipment. Three years ago our furnace on our first floor went out and we had Maxson do the work. No issues with anything. Last year our second floor furnace and A/C went out and we had to call Maxson again. Steve is professional and kind and he’s wonderful to do business with. This year we need to replace the A/C on the first floor. He will definitely be getting a call this spring. We did not have to call him back with any questions or concerns.
