Read what this woman did to her black tenants and a young girl that ran a rescue on her property! Dayle Ann Imperato used an illegal TRO to evict a young black woman off he property and has continually attacked and thrown racial slurs at her and calling her an animal and to go back in her barn like one. We are sickened by the lives that have been lost due to her illegal eviction and refusal to care for the animals she became legally responsible for. Her interview with the Sacramento Bee she even admits to not giving any of those dogs food or water!

A tree branch fell on my garage door during a storm. The door was bent and wouldn’t open. The repair guy came, straightened it, replaced a few panels, and now it’s perfect.

From start to finish, the garage door installation was smooth and professional. They offered helpful advice, used quality materials, and ensured everything looked perfect. My new door adds beauty and safety to my home. Truly a five-star experience!

Service on 5/19/25, could be considered life saving, as John discovered an electrical issue with the box by my air conditioner. He did a great job and I’m very thankful.

Saturday evening at 10pm we noticed our AC went out, I left a message and they called back next morning, came out and fixed by noon next day, during a heatwave!
This is our 2nd or 3rd time working with John L, he is awesome. Very professional, pleasant, works fast, and explains everything very well.

Mel-O-Air in Wheaton IL has outstanding service and wonderful personnel. The receptionist was very knowledgeable and immediately scheduled a service call. I was promised service between 9:00 and 11:00, and that’s when John showed up. I even received a text telling me that he was on his way. Great service! John fixed my air conditioner on a soon-to-be 90 degree day in just 15 minutes. He quickly knew what was wrong from my description of the problem and immediately tested the capacitor on the A/C unit and found it had failed. He looked up the warranty so I didn’t have to pay for the part and retrieved an appropriate replacement capacitor from his well-stocked van. All accomplished in record time! 5 stars unless 10 stars is appropriate. I couldn’t be happier or more satisfied with the service. And no, I’m not a relative or friend of the owners.I heard Mel-O-Air was great when I moved to this area 49 years ago. I’ve used them in the past, and they always fixed my problem. They’ve maintained their high standards for decades! How could they be better?

Had my 23 year old A/C replaced today. Mel-O-Air did the last one and they did this one, too. And why not??!! Very professional and user friendly. Respectful of my property and very courteous. Expensive, but well within the range of bids I received. Additionally they were willing to talk about pricing how they compared to the competition.
Would highly recommend!

The Technician arrived a few minutes early to perform the furnace tune-up. He also performed the A/C tune-up earlier this year. The company is professional and pleasant, and they answered my questions throughout the appointment and cleaning. A neighbor recommended them, and I’m glad I decided to go with Mel-O-Air.

John L. is the best! Very friendly and took time to explain our furnace/AC unit to us as new home buyers. Will be asking for him in the future!!
