I want to give a great big thank you to cozy comfort heating and cooling. For being able to a get my ac working tip top this past summer. After suffering on a hot humid day in high 90°weather and struggling with my unit. Mike came out with in 20 min after getting off the phone with them. He was able to service my unit find the issue on the part that was no longer working replace it and have my ac unit running and house cool in minutes. I got a new digital thermostat that helps delegate my heat and has helped save money. Had a new AC unit put in. Price seemed fair and consistent among other quotes. What set them apart from others was their customer service and professionalism of the entire team. They were respectful while working in the house, polite, and clean (I think they left the place cleaner than how they found it). The installation went incredibly smooth. They were very communicative and addressed any issue that popped up. At the end, the final cost was the same as the quote (no surprise fees) and the craftsmanship was outstanding. Would definitely use again!
