John was AWESOME! He was able to adjust the dampers for winter setting, adjust the vents for optimum operation, tuned up the furnace, and gave me peace of mind. We will continue to use Mel-O-Air, and would gladly recommend them.

He took the time to explain what he was doing, answered my questions with patience, and went the extra mile to make sure the job was done right the first time. His attention to detail and genuine care gave me great confidence that the issue was truly resolved. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, professionalism, and such a personable attitude. I just want to give a huge shoutout to the team at Mel-O-Air. Back in August, I was on the hunt for a new AC and was curious about heat pumps. I talked to multiple companies, but Mel-O-Air stood out because they offered a top of the line system at a really competitive price. The price was amazing considering the other quotes I was getting good system, but not the best. We ended up getting Carrier's infinity system (heat pump + furnace) which has been amazing.

What really impressed me was how quickly they got everything done. They installed the whole system in under a week and handled all the rebates and paperwork for me, which was a huge relief. I didn’t have to lift a finger, and they even mailed me the rebate checks directly.

The whole crew was fantastic. It’s a family owned business, and I got to meet Jason, Scott, and especially Stacy over the phone, who coordinated everything and was super on point. I do apologize for all the questions I had for her. They never pressured me, gave me time to think it over all options, and were just all around great to work with.

Fast forward a few months, and everything's been running smoothly. We recently needed to move the thermostat because we changed some things around the house, and again, they were right on it. Jason came out, checked it out, gave me a quote, and then Scott came by the next day (Today). They even ended up charging me less than the original quote because the job went faster than expected—definitely not something you see every day with HVAC work.

In short, Mel-O-Air has been awesome from start to finish. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone.

I would not trust anyone with my furnaces or AC maintenance other than Mel-O-Air heating/AC, inc! Here is way.
1. Start with calling in to schedule the appointments. It is NOT automative you speak with a real person. They are all very responsive and respectful when scheduling and discussing what I would like done.
2. I love the day of your service, you receive a txt message with the technician picture, with their automobile information is, including the license plate info. Complete safety in mind in today’s crazy world!
3. John, my technician, courtesy , kind and answered my questions respectfully.
These are my reasons why I would trust no other company for may furnaces and AC!
